I'm unable to give you a rating as up to now I have not had the misfortune to require yourselves and your services. Rest assured that if AND A BIG IF I need you, them I will certainly call you. I have recommended you to quite a few of my friends but I haven't herd if they have taken up the offer as of todays date.

Telephoned to confirm that you would accept a 30 mile journey to my preferred garage in the event of a failed home start. Was advised to take out the classic car insurance but this was not available on line & only returned to your standard two options. Would prefer to put in car specifics to cover a classic car.

I changed to GEM following AA hiking their price for loyal customers while reducing it for new customers. Two years later, GEM did the same thing so I left them also. I never had to use GEM for breakdown service. They do produce a nice magazine, though.

In all the years we were members we never used anything so can't really comment. We got a magazine that we didn't really want,or need, every now and then. I wouldn't say we wouldn't rejoin but I admit I find it annoying that new members with no brand loyalty can get membership so much cheaper.

We never used the service so can't comment about responce time but the rnewalk quote we ot was higher than the new policy price. Even after contacting customer service promised a call back which didn't happent so have to go with someone else.

Not looking after loyal customers. Discounts to join, price hikes to stay! Don't get it. Not offering Defence Discount Card rates. That said, having used them for relay they came through OK, still doesn't excuse their poor business ethos.
