“Just signed up having received a ridiculous renewal quote from the AA. GEM looks like excellent value and signing up on the website was simplicity itself. Fortunately haven't had to call on GEM services, so cannot offer any opinion other than that to observe the consistent good reviews and awards seen published.”

“GEM provides us with what we want. We want a service which allows us to get recovered quickly by contacting the nearest & most responsive garage & paying them to recover us & our car without delay. Then we can recover the costs from GEM at a later date. We have rarely used the service, but when we needed it performed just as we expected. Conversely, friends who have used the RAC & AA have told us of long delays & having to be recovered by more than 1 firm in the process.”

“At this time unable to really comment. Have not experienced a breakdown. Been with AA and have never had a breakdown. However, they wanted too much money for the same coverage. There was no incentive for a loyal customer who never had to use their services.”
