“My daughter's car would not start at home. The recovery vehicle arrived in less than an hour. The very helpful mechanic did a good fault-finding process which concluded with the decision he could not find the issue without proper facilities. He then recovered the vehicle to a local garage. All completed quickly and efficiently.”

“First time I have had to use this service.. it was extremely easy, I was sent a link to complete a form, which took a few minutes. The timescale given for someone to arrive was a maximum of 2 hours, they were actually here within the hour, considering it was Sunday morning I was very impressed The mechanic who came was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly I was very pleased with my experience with GEM”

“I cannot rate gem motoring assist highly enough. After an accident on my motorcyle which left me with damage to my bike but also a broken collor bone and three fractured ribs, gem recoverd me within 30 minutes to my home address where I then went to hospital. Service is 100%. My neighbour was so impressed he is taking gem assist out to. I cannot thank all the people involved in recovering me from the initial phone call to the recovery driver.”

“Car locked, flat Battery cannot open with Key, as has keycard only. Breakdown turned up when they said they would. They had to remove Front grills, and spent a couple of hours, before getting Car started. Excellent service, Highly recommended.”
