“Gecko mobile have excellent customer service and great reconditioned phones. It is the first time I have ever purchased a reconditioned phone and was a bit nervous about spending over £500 online but I shouldn’t have worried, ordering was easy and Gecko kept in touch about my order until it was delivered. I was pleasantly surprised when my phone arrived, it was like new and worked perfectly. Thank you Gecko for making my purchase so easy. 👍👍”

“I have never bought a reconditioned phone before and was a little anxious, however, I needn't have worried. it came in the condition it was described - excellent. The process of purchase and delivery was easy and very quick. I took the offer of a free extended guarantee; why wouldn't you? I have been using it for a few weeks now and can find no fault. The phone arrived very quickly indeed and l returned my previous phone to be recycled so that someone else can have the same excellent service l have had. It was so easy to do. “Brought to phones for my sons, one of my sons screen isn’t stuck down on the right hand side so the touch is a bit off, still waiting for a returns to have the screen fixed a part from that I had a good experience.”

“Ordered a new phone for my son for xmas (I think this is our 5th or so from Gecko for various family members over the years). When the parcel arrived it had clearly been tampered with on route. Gecko customer service was excellent and made sure we had a new phone before xmas. I was very grateful for their care and grateful for this recycling option for technology we all rely on.”

“I have an iPhone 6s and found it a handy reliable pocket sized phone for years, my partner on the hand has a up to date Samsung and has had problems with it. I’ve bought her a refurbished iPhone 6s like mine with an upgraded battery from Gecko in excellent condition as new and she is delighted with the ease of use and battery life between each charge. Nice one Gecko 👍”
