Stay away from this website. I have been waiting for over 3 months for my order & all they tell me is be patient. Their customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! They have a million excuses but no real answers. I would rate them -5 stars

They have really gone downhill. Not only does it take 2 months to normally receive most products but you better add a couple more to it. rediculous! Then you will submit a ticket to complain and they will tell you its no longer available and they will give you site credit. Then you get to do it all over again. I don't want their freaking credit I want my money back! I told them I was going to take the next step WHEN i didnt get my stuff in the next two weeks like the told me. Well miracolously I got the merchandise. Well some of it. I tried to use the credit I have and get something from the USA warehouse and forgot the stupid password for the wallet. So I hit "forgot password" and it wont except a new password. On top of everything else the site is such a royal pian in the a@@! JUST STAY AWAY!

still don't have masks or refund..ordered in april. bogus claim that they were shipped from the U.S. will never purchase from this site again and will file complaints wherever possible practically impossible to find out status of shipments. just overall awful

Gearbest = Gearfraud. 61 days, no tracking , no tracing , no package. Is this just Gearbest = Gearfraud. No customer services, No refund... DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Unbelievably poor customer service and the longest shipping times I have ever experienced...and getting longer since my order still has not arrived and it has been 6 weeks! When I contact them they offer no resolution even though the tracking still shows the order is in China at this time. Asked to cancel order since it has not left and the only response is "please wait 2 more weeks and then contact us an we will offer you a solution". How about you just cancel the order that has not shipped yet and refund the money that you took immediately upon my ordering?

I've ordered a Xiaomi smartphone in November 2019. It was due to arrive in December but it didn't, later that month tracking information shows that package was lost. Some days later it says the same thing. I opened a ticket and gearbest was not helpful at all, always delaying actions. If you value your money and time, don't risk buying from Gearbest. I've heard similar stories to this one. Update: Eventually they admitted that package was lost and agreed to send me again. Well, that was February 2020 and by end of May 2020 no package arrived. This is when I called to DHL (the carrier for this new package) and asked information about it. It turns out that it was delivered back to the sender at the start of May and all this time Gearbest support apparently didn't know anything. It was only when I provided this information that they went on to confirm right away that it was actually the case. So, they could have known but just didn't really bother. I then asked for a second resend but was told that because the shippment method I originally chose was not available I'd have to cover the customs fee. After waiting for 7 months, I would have to wait a few more and even be charged of about 30% the value. Needless to say, I will never buy there again and neither should you.

Here is my story, I put order Feb 23 2020, Shipped on March 2, estimated date Mar 23 - Apr 9, and status kept "Shipped out" till now. I opened a ticket on May 1, they gave me a deadline as June 10. And the parcel still not coming. I asked refund on June 12, they just kept saying sorry and told me they were investigating, back and forth 4 times, on June 23 they finally offer me partial refund (less than half) by blaming me not purchase shipping insurance. I did a lot of online shopping from other websites, some was really slow, but bottom line if it missing deadline I always get full refund. Also, I just felt lucky, this is my first time using GearBest, the amount is small (CAD$17), but I learned a lesson, don't trust their reviews, stay away from GearBest.

The worst ever. Save you money and most importantly you TIME. I ordered 3 items. It has been 50 days and still didn’t receive anything. Customer service sucks. You can’t call them. You can only text them. And after loosing so much time. They’ll tell you to contact the sellers. And to do that is another story. It took me several attempts. And at the end I still didn’t get my order and still don’t know what’s going on after 50 days. And where’s Gearbest. It looks like they don’t give a shiiiiit.

Okay I admit that I have gotten a few things okay but on a recent order I got 1 thing that was broken. They will not give your money back only a store credit. Also, I ordered a few items and one of them didn't come. I contacted support about it. It was messed up because I got a couple of the items so they deleted the order number as delivered. It turns out they ordered the item from another company. So now they want me to contact that company and to complain to them or whatever. They give me links that do not make any sense. It's just not worth it. Unlike Amazon or Ebay this company has little or no support, especially if it is from one of there "affiliates". My summary on Gearbest is that it is just not worth it. It can take forever to get an item you order. If you wait several months and don't get the item you order then you will probably get the old run around so your out of the money that you paid. Support is the worst and Gearbest just don't seem very trustworthy to me.

Ordered an item that was supposed to be delivered by mid May at the latest. I requested they cancel my order and refund my money mid June. There response is that it is in transit and refused. However, the tracking info indicates that only a shipping label has been created. Customer service is slow and unresponsive.

(English is not my mother tongue) I'm gonna post that on every platform I can find, so other people wont get scammed by gearbest! Had ordered a vacuum cleaner robot on 16.03.2020, which according to Gearbest should be there by 10.04 (worst case). The shipment information said "Mar 31, 2020 - Apr 10, 2020". Today is the 09.06.2020 and I did not receive my package! The status has NOT changed until today! I have already written 4 tickets and got always the same answer! My questions were mostly not answered! Probably they are using bots, which write a standard answer! - four tickets written, Gearbest does not want to pay back money! - the deadline has been changed several times!! - questions are not answered always the same answer - oh, and the shipping method is EUEXPHQRD (Germany Express) and should allegedly be delivered from the EU and faster! I'm living in germany. One time the DEADLINE was said to be the 16th of MAY 2020, the next ticket said the DEALINE was on the 25th of JUNE 2020 and after the 25th of June the deadline will be postponed again? No updates, no answer and no delivery! Of course the money was debited directly from my account!

In January I ordered mobile phone which was never delivered to me. I contacted customer support on numerous occasions and I was almost on every occasion given tracking number for my order which is clearly showing that I have never received this parcel as delivery failed and they keep telling me that parcel was delivered. I spoke to Royal Mail as well a few times who confirmed, that they failed to deliver this parcel to me so they returned it to sender. I was informed as well that the address where my parcel was returned is well known by Royal Mail as they return lots of parcels to this address. Since then I spoke to customer service and I raised tickets because of this issue but first one was "rejected by seller" with explanation that "order was shipped by seller" and there is no outcome from the other ticket. This issue is ongoing for very long time now and there is no help from seller or page customer support and as they just keep giving me the same delivery number to track my parcel and telling me speak to other parties ( seller to Royal Mail, Royal Mail to seller, Gearbest to seller, etc ). I was taking to consideration current situation with Coronavirus which could slow whole process down but I feel like it is taking now too long. I bought products from this page in the past and I had no problem with them but I am very disappointed that as soon as something went wrong there is no intention to resolve the problem for months. By using Royal mail page and provided tracking number I can see that parcel was delivered to Hayes in 11 days after it failed to be delivered to me in Leicester so it was definitely not available at Post Office for 18 days to be collected. The whole process of trying to resolve the issue is VERY DISAPPOINTING .

I would suggest to avoid any orders on Gearbest. I have quite terrible experience with them and I'm their VIP customer since 2015. I purchased twice SOOCAS X3 - they were even not working more then 1 year. In both cases they offered instead of repair just partial reimbursement. Now I'm dealing with order that hasn't been delivered after more then 80 days since order - I'm being told I have to wait 100 days for reimbursement. This policy is convincing me to cancel my profile on this shop.

I bought two different items from two different sellers. Both of them created shipping labels but I received none of these products. It seems only shipping labels were created, the product were never sent to post office at all. This is a kind of cheating. I reported to the customer's service, but they are useless and can do nothing about returning my money. I end up refusing payment from credit card. Don't buy from this website.

gearbest faz um serviço terrivel!!! Há cerca de dois meses fiz uma encomenda utilizando um método de envio. Passado um mês a encomenda ainda não tinha sido despachada!!! Entrei em contacto para tentar perceber o que se passava. Pediram desculpa mas o método de envio não se encontrava disponivel para o país de destino!!! Inaceitável não terem dado essa informação na altura da compra? Talvez... Para piorar propuseram um método de envio alternativo sem mais encargos!!! Pouco interessante pois além do método que eu tinha escolhido anteriormente ser o mais dispendioso, qualquer outra alternativa iria ter custos de alfandega... Pedi o reembolso. Enviei os meus dados bancários e até agora nada... Dizem que não conseguem fazer a transferência e que só podem devolver o dinheiro da gearwallet ou através de paypal!!! Serviço deplorável. Espero que mais ninguém cai no erro de utilizar os serviços desses aldrabões

Do not purchase from GearBest. I had purchased masks on March 30. After complaining twice they said it would ship within 7-14 days each time. Its May 29th and the product still hasn't shipped a full 60 days after the order was placed. Don't buy anything of this site.

This is the worst online company I have ever dealt with. I ordered some headphones online an when I chased up the delivery (which is late) I was told to take it up with the seller - They were the seller ?? after nearly 2-weeks I still have not got my item, you cannot call them and the website defers the F&A. The live chat is with a robot and when you do get hold of anyone on live chat they cannot help you. Never again, should have bought it from Curry's.

Stay away from Gearbest! When I bought a laser engraver that was to ship in a couple of weeks, and then a couple weeks passed with no progress, I reached out to them for support. Major time-waste. I ended up canceling my order, only to be told that I have to wait 7-14 business days for my refund... but the sure took my money quickly enough when I paid, and they DON'T tell you that your bank may charge you an international transaction fee. As near as I can tell, their order fulfillment model assumes that everything will go fine, with *no* provision for things not to go as expected beyond a set of pre-scripted "if this, then *that*" alternatives that seem intended to get the customer to sit down and shut up. Customers are walled off from actual support, let alone anyone who has both authority and motivation to offer assistance. "Customer service" consists of a "live chat" dialogue with someone who has no authority to do anything at all for you, and can only provide you with little more than the same basic information that you can get by logging into your account. When this became clear to me, I asked to escalate to a manager. I was told that a "ticket" would be issued, and I would hear back in 24 hours. There is no way to reach anyone by phone, and literally no way to actually coverse with a manager, whether by live chat or otherwise. Instead, one throws a coin into this virtual wishing well, and then waits while meditating upon the frustrations of commerce. The following evening, I got a generic response from a "supervisor" that was substantially the same as I had received the previous day. I wrote back to explain what I need (a guaranteed ship-date and air-shipment to minimize further delay). The next day I received a cut-and-paste response from a different person, telling me to rest assured that my shipment will be arranged once the item is restocked. I didn't order a maze with no exits, but that's all I got from Gearbest. Maybe I'll see my money back, maybe I won't. Stay away!

I wish i could offer zero stars. Order takes forever to be delivered. But the listing says immediate shipping. what they dont tell you is that they will create a shipping label immediately but the delivery will take 1.5 to 2 months.
