i was with them two years ago. No communication and no consistency. Amount stress they put me through and expense. When i left no care. Never ever again.

Would give lower stars if possible been trying to sort a cracked windscreen out on a phone for 3 hours I probably could of fitted it in that time myself joke of an insurance company

Stay away! Bad experience, always feel frustrated to contact them if I do have to update my details. They charge extra £20 (or more) if you change your address or any other details! After 1year insurance price gone up over £300! Received 0 emails about ending insurance policy when on their website says that reminder is on!

They have fees up their backside, cancellation fees, hidden costs, i had a payment not go through cause i had changed my card and they charged me £20 for that. Mental also they will roll your contract on auto without you telling them to. Just cancelled and moved insurers horrendous.

If I could rate them a ZERO, I would! Prices are great. I guess they are based on the fact that they don't intend on paying any claims. I appealed their decision with the manager, regional manager, ombudsmans, and finally the GIO of Canada. The representative from GIO stated "the insurance company can have 50 inspections done and base their decision on the one of their choice". How can an insurance company have 5 inspection reports and base their decision on the one that suits them best while contradicting the rest?! Ridiculous. Absolutely disgusting. Insurance is meant to protect the client, instead I got robbed.

I closed my policy last year due to the engine being non repairable. The policy was half way and I didn't receive any refund. The problem started last week when Zenith took funds from my account as a renewal fee for a car that had been scrapped. They then wanted proof of scrappage or they would keep a percentage of my policy fee. I no longer have any details of the scrapped car . The fact that they have held on to my visa card details must be fraud in itself. I have had a couple of phone calls with Zenith and so far I am getting nowhere. .

Zenith is part of the Markerstudy group, who eventually deal with your claim. Please read Markerstudy reviews BEFORE using Zenith! Unbelievably terrible throughout, ended up costing me hours of time and 100s of pounds and still no resolution after 9 months!

Never again. I had a minor at fault scrape. I was told my car was getting fixed, then told it was going to be scrapped. Copart rang me to collect my car without settlement. The non fault 3 months later not repaired. I raised a complaint with Zenith who after a month sent a final response to say they did everything correct and no action would be taken!

One star is too much!! I wanted to add my daughter to my insurance policy on a temporary basis. I was told there was a £25 admin charge for this. However if I gave them a start and finish date for the additional driver this would count as a single admin charge. Phoned back today to make the amendment only to be told I would have to pay 2 amendment fees - one for adding her and one for removing her as it was not possible to add her for a specified time. The person I spoke to refused to accept the information I had been given the day before and insisted on referring it to another department to listen to the call from the previous day. This would take 48hours. Absolutely diabolical customer service. I do not like being accused of telling lies.

Policy number: 134532209-01 The service I have received is appalling and has caused me so much stress. I had an accident Monday 3rd Oct at 9am. I was told someone would recover my car within 2 hours. Almost 24hours later my car was still there. I had to keep returning to my car to check on it, which I don’t live near, and keep the parking updated. I have spent hours on the phone trying to find out what’s going, whilst trying to continue my job as an optician, which has affected my work and caused my appointments to run behind. I was told numerous times someone would ring me back which they never did. After nearly 24hours I was told enterprise weren’t going to deal with my car repair and I then had to relay everything to Marker study. I was told, marker study were dealing with the repairs on my car going forward and enterprise were still supplying the hire car. I have now received an email from enterprise to sign a credit agreement for them to do the repairs!!!!!!!! Dealing with Zenith has caused me so much stress and upset. You don’t pay your insurance and expect this appalling service. Helen McManus.

Worst experience will not use this company again! Paid my insurance in full 6 months later find they are taking £3 a month out my bank so I cancelled the direct debit. I got a message saying my policy has been cancelled ! I spoke to them on the phone they said they can do me a new policy but it's slightly more expensive I have £190 in credit and the remaining balance to pay now for the new policy is £300. Absolute joke it's all there error I paid in full avoid go else where!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible, they do nothing apart from pass your claim around to other companies. Seemingly they're far more interested in making money out of injury and hire cars. 6 weeks, 4 companies and hours of phone calls (by me) to be told they can't do anything. Read the reviews, avoid Zenith Insurance or Markers Study, there's plenty of other options available.

Very poor customer service. I asked for policy to be cancelled but it wasn't. Said they had no record of any phone calls made by me despite the fact I had managed to make a claim through them.
