We inform all our customers before purchase, over the phone and online about this requirement. We monitor your driving which allows you to earn refunds every month for driving well or, additional premiums for poor driving can be added. “Had a letter saying my insurance is being cancelled and error with communication my the black box. If wise driving would check their emails they would see i sent a few emails asking for the policy to be cancelled as the car has failed an mot. I did try calling but never got through.”

“I've tried contacting you via telephone just to be put in a infinite loop of choosing keypad options, I've tried contacting you via the "online chat" only to be automatically logged out before I get a response and finally I've tried emailing which I am still yet to receive a response. This whole ordeal has been very stressful and I regret choosing this insurer. As of yet my problem as not been resolved.”
