“Overall very good except if a payment is missed it’s a very expensive charge added instead of just reapplying for payment a few days later like every other company does”

Hi Nik, Thank you for your review and rating - we would like the chance to improve the experience you have had. Our funding provider, Close Brothers Premium Finance do charge a £30 default fee if a direct debit is missed. This fee is stipulated within the Credit Agreement you would have signed when the policy was set up. However, we would like to answer any queries you may have regarding this. “Iv had wise driving 4 long years they have been great as a provider. The one thing I am disappointed about is I had the black box for all that time I was 96% all that time but not once did my premiums go down. Also this year iv had no option but to change my insurers as its increased nearly £300 wow way too expensive xx”

“Very good service soo far the person who came to fit the black box was on-time and friendly. The appointment was made with no hassle they have been available to answer any queries on Facebook messenger quickly that I've had and have always found them helpful. Have been with them less than 2 months and have already received £70 back as a new driver which is a nice bonus. My only grievance is being marked 0 for time and place due to travelling to a hospital at midnight it was an emergancy and not like I was out cruising. Was out less than an hour too If it wasn't for that would be 5 stars with no complaints”
