“Would not recommend. Take money for the first year, then unable to cancel auto renewal online for 2nd year on website, do not answer phones and do not read emails. Sent email in advance of renewal date to inform not renewing. No response then still took money out of bank account on renewal date. Tried to contact them by phone and email to discuss and complain and yet again cannot get hold of anyone. Do not even answer claim line phone number so glad we did not need to claim whilst insured with them.”
