Constantly changing amounts per month Send letter tell you there going to end the insurance if you don’t contact them and just spend and hour and half on hold telling me there was only a 5 minute wait to only have to call cut off by them, absolutely ridiculous of a company

Disappointed, got insurance with wise due to low monthly payments to then be told they have adjusted the rate to an extra £30 per month with no other options! Incredibly difficult to contact regarding the situation.

Hi, Thank you for your review. We do advise customer's that any changes to the information you have provided can lead to an additional premium. You can contact our customer service team on 01733 308358. Please be aware our opening times are 8am-8pm Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm on Saturday and 10am-4pm Sundays. Please be aware we will be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. We are also only open 8am-4pm on Christmas eve. Once through to one of our customer service agents they will be able to explain the additional premium that has been applied to the policy. Many Thanks, Kathryn.

Very difficult to contact, doesn’t answer the phone or any Facebook messages or chat bot within a timely manner. This is the most difficult element when they only want to send emails rather than call and talk. I had an email saying my insurance would be terminated if I didn’t respond within a week but the email went to junk and I didn’t see it so the insurance was terminated and I have had to pay for cancellation fees and lost a lot of money.

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy. We will always answer phone calls, as long as you are calling within our opening times which are - 8:00am - 8:00pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Saturdays and 10:00am - 4:00pm Sundays and Bank Holidays and our Customer Services number is 01733 308358. We do also answer emails, social media messages etc, but this is not the fastest way to get a response and we would always ask you to call if it is urgent, as with your query. Many thanks, Holly

This company always cons you. They are awful. I had to cancel my policy because my car does not work anymore. They charged me £165 for this. Their whole service is shoddy and their pay less for better driving is a scam. Avoid and get an actual proper insurers then these rip off merchants.

Wise driving I think 🤔 they seems Ok with me for now. But I still cannot log in to my account. Because the information they requested I don't have it. So can wise send me all my log in details in other for me to log in That will be great 👍

Terrible service hours to get through on the phone workers speak very poor English hanged up on me after waiting over an hour to get through and that's just some of the bad points don't get insurance with wise diving

Went from 2 to 3 years no claims whilst with this company and the renewal is over 3x the amount of the first insurance!!! Absolute joke.. Driven around 3000 miles this year and cant wait to remove their blackbox. Terrible company.

We are sorry you are not happy with the price offered. Was there anything in particular that makes you want a policy without the box? The box monitors your driving behavior and how you drive will affect the score. You may either get refunds for driving well or, additional premiums for a low driving behavior score. I'm 30yrs of age using blackbox is ridiculous and not happy with it being mandatory I would not recommend this insurance company again

have to cancel insurance within 4 days due to sale of car . I was charged £75 just as an cancellation which was within 14 days cooling period. Won't recommend this, its a rip off....

Hi, Thank you for your review. As stated in our terms and conditions; your policy is a contract for 12 months. If your insurance is cancelled for any reason you will be charged £75.00 in addition to the charge made by your insurer for the cover you have received. When you set up the policy you would have had to read and agree to our terms and conditions. A link to these terms is also included in all of our email correspondence we issue to our customers. Disgraceful. The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. They wrote threatening to cancel my policy with no explanation. When I rang they were rude & lacked basic knowledge only to be told I needed to move my black box to the centre of the windscreen which I did so. 1 week later they cancelled my policy with no explanation or notice. I have paid them a lot of money and the box is on my screen. Their system is faulty.
