Unable to change my credit card details registered on my account. Your automated system keeps sending me the same stupid answer. No telephone number to actually speak to someone in person. Eventually got an email response from a PERSON saying someone would contact me, that was four weeks ago and still no answer. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Told my claim was settled with no cost to me and no claims discount not affected. Told to book in with repairer and book courtesy car. When I booked was told I would have to pay excess first. Used live chat and was told everything was paid and rebook. Again told excess to be paid. Complained 10 days ago , no reply to date. 6 months since I made the claim. Other party admitted liability . So what's the delay and why us one department saying ok and another not. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER PLEASE.

My son ordered a black box but the app doesn’t work. There’s no contact number and the email support is useless and takes a day to respond. They are threatening to cancel his policy through no fault of his own. Stay clear. Cheap is cheap for a reason

Waited on hold for over 2 hours and nobody to take my call. Zero help says they are unable to offer me insurance without me calling the number yet nobody answers. Ridiculous

Wish I had seen these co.ments before I joined. No way of contacting this company. I will be switching soon. Don't know why Aviva is even in the same lane with this company. On clearscore right now looking to switch asap.

More than doubled home insurance renewal. Did not receive any approval for this as my emails were inaccessible. I'm now locked out of my account and have no way of contacting them. Steer clear at all costs - I can't imagine how difficult it would be to contact them with a claim!

Reasonable home policy as a new customer but renewal was 28% higher despite no claims. Online only so unable to speak to anyone to tweak policy to see if any savings could be made. Will not match quotations elsewhere so I left.

Avoid this company at all costs, no human interaction, they do not answer emails. Canceled my insurance after a couple of week after asking for additional information, I sent all of this along with follow up emails. NO REPLY! Shocking customer service to say it’s part of Aviva! I will be taking this to the ombudsman to sort out!

What ever you do or how desperate you are, a word of warning. Do not, l repeat do not insure your car with quote me happy. I am now talking to the insurance ombudsman about this company and have opened a serious claim about them. The company set you up to fail, especially young drivers. The word scam has been mentioned on here, however l believe we are dealing with something more serious. The black boxes can be faulty which has happened to us Yet quote me happy wont address the problem. If anyone else has had issues with their equipment or anything else then feel free to contact me.

Run as fast you can, we have connect can’t get into the app and after 3wks still no help, keep asking for pic of dashboard in app gold many times we can’t get in to app to get photo of dashboard, they need people to be able to speak to customers and assist

Got sent a faulty black box at the start of my policy , communication with quote me happy is absolutely shocking as they barely respond to emails and they don’t have a phone number , I asked them to send me a new black box and they agreed yet I haven’t received it after 2 months, and now my insurance is getting cancelled due to my black box not working , funny part is , now that I received a cancellation email it has finally tracked my first trip … after 6 months of trying ….definitely avoid

Had an email telling me that I had to speak to their 'Policy Investigations Unit' as I made a genuine mistake on the policy which they picked up - fair enough. Emailed to request policy cancellation. Response saying I had to phone a number only open 8.30 till 5 weekdays (so when everyone is at work). Called - 45 minutes later, had to hang up as at work. Called later same day - 60 minutes later, hand to hang up again for the same reason. Called this morning to an automated message saying that they are having too many calls, and to try again later, which then just hung up. Absolutely out and out terrible. HIRE MORE STAFF!!!

What can I say? This is a nasty business. Very good at getting your money. Absolutely useless if you actually need help. - No humans to talk to if you get into trouble, just leaving you to manage your own incident - No cover during bank holidays - They own the garages doing the repairs, so they’re basically in cahoots - Will weedle out of anything they can… - …and they’re so ineffective, they’ll take a week to tell you that’s what they’ve done Even though our situation didn’t result in a claim (let alone a payout), they still put a marker on our account which has increased our annual insurance cost by 20%. So, both corrupt AND useless. Just don’t waste your time or your money.

recently passed my test aged 17 and all of the quotes have been ridiculous at £9000+, had a quote of these for £5200 yet they wouldn’t allow me to pay online so they gave me a number to phone so i spent three days phoning the number just to hear the same message over and over about being busy then when i checked again they wanted £8000 and still dont answer don’t go with them no customer service at all

Absolute scam! Cancelled my insurance policy with them on the 10th January and still waiting for my £1500 refund! No contact number to call them and keep being fobbed off with emails saying they will reply in 24hrs, I will never use this company again!

Quotemehappy have been the best Insurance company I have ever dealt with in ver 40 years of driving. I had to ring them with a query and despite the fact it is online Insurance they were very helpful and even answered in just a couple of minutes. Excellent Service

tried to talk to someone. phone answered by a rude indifferent person, you can only do a claim on this line. otherwise its all on line. I explained I couldn’t get on line. He simply said I can’t help you. No customer service line, Nothing, Appalling service. I rue the day I used quote me happy, because let me say, I am NOT at all happy.
