“In my opinion, the Banking Hub in High street, Shoreham by Sea is the best thing that has happened since most of the banks and building societies have shut their doors and closed leaving many customers who are unable to do ‘online banking’ in a very difficult position. As an OAP myself, I get very frustrated with my computer when it won’t do what I want it to do (Banking transactions etc) and when you try to phone the bank, you’re No. 27 in the queue and when you do get through, you’re not talking to an actual person. Aarrrggghhh!!! Thank you Shoreham by Sea Banking Hub.✅🙂”

“Awful customer service from the Balloon shop located within the post office on Willesden High Road. We purchased 15 balloon costing £22.50 which deflated after a few hours. I spoke to the manger today who would not issue a refund but wanted to give me a £5 credit to be used in store. Outrageous! I won't be using either business again. The post office or the party shop.”

“I ordered a gift from river island on 16 October when was asked if can be left in safe place ,to be told with card through letterbox on 19 October that have to arrange redilvery when then told had to wait till 29 October 9 days later I know there's strike but think this is crazy so i will be careful not to use royal mail for delivery in future as having cancer treatment all its done is stress me out 😡”

“Awful service, customer care/relations. Upon taking out motor insurance with them they have unjustifiably increased the policy premium twice. even though I have provided them with supporting documentation from previous insurers. Their back office continually make mistakes admit them and fail to rectify them. for two previous glass claims, they have increased my premium by £370. I raised an internal complaint and 14 days later I still haven't been contacted. The matter has now been raised with the ombudsman. fingers crossed this will help. But please avoid this company.”

“I use the sun post office on Streetsbrook Road, Shirley, Solihull fir a number of years now and it’s the best post office in the area. Rarely have to queue and the staff are very helpful and polite. It’s rare these days to have staff that don’t walk away when there is a queue and leave you waiting.”

“Zero if it was possible! Unfriendly customer service, like they do you a favour. I had a tyre to be changed, my severe disabled daughter with me in the car, having her oxygen and emergency medication with me of course, but no way I could wait for maybe three to four hours or more to be fixed. I was advised to call an ambulance!!! I was completely shocked. Heartbroken. I didn’t even care about the £160 something pounds he was asking me to pay, as my tyre is an accident!! I only needed to go as a medical emergency. I drove the car in 8 miles speed to kwik fit in South Harrow, just 15’ before closing and all sorted. They deserved every pound. Post office really need to train their staff on customer service and sales. Their are losing money as it was my first and will be my last car insurance with them. Don’t just look on offers anymore or big names too, look on reviews too.”

“I have to give you at least 1 star. You deserve no star. Deposited a large amount cheque in post office to transfer to my bank. 6 days gone, nobody knows where that cheque is. Tried to contact post office. Can't talk to a person. All automated service. Absolute nightmare company.”

“Absolutely bad. Online they say they cover burst pipes ,had a flexible pipe burst in kitchen ,was told clause 25 says they don't cover burst pipes. Clause says drains and sewerage. They won't pay . I won't back down litigation underwritten by American company Ageas. Do we own anything in Brittain. Don't touch with a proverbial barge pole.”

“After many photos videos and video calls the post office have refuted my claim they have plenty evidence i have kept all emails and photos i will take it to the ombudsman if i have to”
