Although I was fully insured through Performance Direct I was recently stopped by the police as my insurance did NOT show on the insurance data base. The police have the power to take any vehicle that is shown as NO INSURANCE. I contacted Performance Direct the following day and they admitted to making a mistake. A mistake like that could cost dearly.

Decent price on insurance. Person on phone when sorting it very nice and professional. My only grievance is how many times l have to send certain documents when you already have them either through on line when filling insurance in or on phone.

After 2 phone calls from different people asking questions I felt as though you thought I was telling lies about my application, I also explained at the time I was very poorly in hospital but I was still pressured by the callers. I will think very carefully if I renew with you in 12 months time.

Happy with the overall service which is provided. Insurance quote doubled over the year, no accidents so not sure why the major hike.

Unreasonable renewal quote; expensive to cancel. Pretty standard for car insurance companies though i guess.

Charges to cancel within cooling off period are £75. which s disproportionate and not reasonable. In fact, more than a third of the full year's premium in this case. Otherwise good.

Only 3 stars as it took a very long time to get through on the phone to renew my policy. It would have been one star if it wasn't for the excellent service I received once I did manage to get a reply. I would suggest more staff to cope with demand. Covid could be causing staff problems but it took me five attempts at various times and days before I could speak to someone. Next year I may well try elsewhere which is a shame as I've been with this broker a number of years

Wrong information and documents and never sent me revised ones. Asked me for lots of information and for evidence and then once provided asked for more. A right pain to deal with to be honest

The service I received by phone from your representatives was very good. However, the admin costs that I was charged for changes of address were beyond excessive. This is especially so in an age when the changes are made on a computer whilst the customer is on the phone. These charges will ensure that I seriously consider my options at renewal time.

EASY TO DEAL WITH BUT WHEN REQUESTED DOCUMENTS SENT TO ME BY POST HAD NO JOY AFTER BEING TOLD OVER THE PHONE THEY WOULD POST THEM TO ME
