Avoid this company at all costs. Asked for so much paperwork (that I have never been asked for in 30 years of driving). Then they cancelled my insurance with a text. Tried to get insured by a different company ,but my premiums went through the roof because I had a policy cancelled even though it was not my fault.

If I could give 0 I would absolutely horrible company, have been relentlessly chasing me for 75 pound which I don't owe, I cancelled my insurance in July when I sold my car to "we buy any car" but they renewed the insurance, now because I refused to pay, put it in the hands of cars collections, who also chase you, now I've been told they need information from dvla which is going to cost me money to get to prove I sold the car, please avoid avoid avoid horrible pain in the bum company, don't use them

Cancellation fees if you want to terminate are ridiculous. Never using them again.

Insurance up for renewal - called to renew and correct one item Before you get through the automated line you have to give postcode - date of birth and payment option so they can find policy - get through to customer services who ask for all the same information to find my policy and then agent doesn’t even sound like he knows what he was doing - changed my mind about renewal as if this is your renewal team - what would your claims department be like !

Customer service is rubbish, on renewal I checked the documentation, they stated that I had no medical issues. I rang and told them I had declared my diabetes but they had not put it in the statement of facts. They told me it was on their computer so it didn't matter, I asked why there was a section in the statement of facts for this if it isn't needed, they still refused to add it so I asked for proof of no claims and told them to let the policy lapse.

Called up about insuring my classic american car as they came up as specialists. On the phone for 40 mins. I'm then told that no one will insure me as it's left hand drive!

inept company customer service advisers rude arrogant disrespectful, this company cost me £600 in wages because they failed to do a vehicle change and its taken me so far over 4hrs on the phone to resolve and still not done.

Carol Nash are the worst I have known. I took out insurance with them and a couple of days later they put my premium up £100. I cancelled straight away as my insurance wasn't due for a couple of weeks. They owe me £30 plus a few pence and I still haven't had it. This has been going on since February. They now have the audacity to email me saying I owe them for cancelling even though the policy never even took place. 😤 Cowboy firm and I wouldn't recommend to anyone

First of all, I've been insured with them on 3rd party, fire and theft in London, when it came to renewel, they told me the underwriters would only insure me on fully comprehensive as a result of the area I live in,(hammersmith). So I took fully comp with a premium that increased by £600. Since then I have moved to the countryside in a very low risk area, and their response was they cannot insure me as the premium would drop too much... As a result I have moved to another provider, saving me £1000 p/year. Well done carole Nash... NOT!!!

I I could leave 0 stars i would, by far the worse insurance company i have ever had to deal with, customer service is an absolute joke no one appears to be able to actually do anything so they just keep passing you from one department to another. Lesson learned! Pay a bit more and go with a reputable company

The worst company I have ever insured… The worst company I have ever insured with in my entire 30 years of driving, Firstly bad customer service, Then they ask for proof of address, copy of your v5, your DVLA code check and front and back of your DL. I only want to insure my car not apply for a job or loan. Never again avoid.

Same as many other people and there are many! I have had a terrible experience with Carole Nash. The most unhelpful as distressing company I have ever had to deal with. Avoid at all cost.

Having used Carole Nash for bike insurance before I though I'd give them a whirl for car insurance. Wow what mistake. Sadly had an accident on an oil spill and received shocking customer service during the claim. Carole Nash aren't interested stating they are "just the broker" and happily blame the insurance company and the claims handler!!

Had a car insured with Carol Nash. When the renewal came they wanted almost double. To make matters worse they had a “don’t worry we’ll automatically take your premium”. Using a well known comparison site I got the same cover for £300 less. Wow, £300 less is amazing. However when I called Carol Nash to ask how I prevent the automatic renewal I get past from person to person none of whom understand that I’m not cancelling, I do not want to renew. It is so simple I’m at a loss as to why I needed to speak with 3 different people (none of whom listened). What a joke company Carol Nash has become - No more of my business (3 cars & 4 motorcycles) will be moving on ASAP

Worst insurance company ever. After giving me my policy and taking my deposit they went and cancelled it. They requoted me 1300 more than originally stated. I asked for deposit back and they've refused. They've cancelled it 6 hours before it was due to start. I have until midnight to find a new policy with someone else now. Do not deal with this company. Avoid at all costs

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Trying to cancel the policy, gave all details to 1st person spoken to, told I was being transferred to the cancellation department! Gave all the same details to the second person spoken to, only to be told I was being transferred again. Finally after an age on hold, I got to speak to a third person who I had to repeat the details to again! Also they cut me off and had to ring me back! I suppose that was a positive that they bothered to call back! I was told there was a 50.00 cancellation fee and 44.31 of other charges that were never really fully justified. Then I was asked to pay this 99.31 and when I said I couldn't pay it there and then she immediately started to tell me that if this amount wasn't paid then Debt Recovery Services would be come involved. At no point did I say I wouldn't pay it but would ring back and pay! It felt very intimidating to be informed of Debt Recovery before I had even had a chance to pay it. Not impressed with this company at all! Lesson learned, I will never use a cheap insurance company in the future, especially this one!
