“I cancelled my car insurance because my place of work also do car insurance, and as i get discount, it worked out to be less than half i was paying wirh Be Wiser. They charged me £42 to cancel plus another £50 for admn fees !! What a rip off. Will bever recommend this robbing company to anyone. Plus i have NEVER claimed in 6 years. Shame on you for robbing people who put food on your table. Disgusted”

“Having been insured with BeWiser for 3 years and was happy with them. Comprehensive was last year £650 and now they are asking for £2300. Never had an accident. It's a rip-off company. STAY AWAY”

“Cancelled my policy without even. Speaking to me. Have to speak with colleagues outside of the UK Not able to speak to a manager as there to busy. No offer to call back or UK phone details for BeWiser. Customer service is appalling that in today technology they cannot send email or make telephone calls with customers when there is issues with new policy other than to cancel I have been driving my terminally ill husband for his cancer treatment daily without insurance for the last week. If my life is not stressful enough I do not Need to be told by your representative at BeWiser TOBY Don't stress..Shall I go on !@!”

“Car Insurance documents full of mistakes. Called 3 times to have them corrected. Over 2 weeks have elapsed but despite numerous calls correct documents have still not arrived! Terrible service.”

“I'm still trying to get an accident taken off my policy that I never had . It's been going on for three years now. You've inspected my car and know its not been in an accident yet your still charging me high premiums . I've even got on to the Ombudsman. Your an absolute joke . Please everyone avoid like the plague. I've spent hours on the phone being passed from puller to post. I'm still waiting for you to sort my policy out and a refund. It's been three years. Your an absolute disgusting company”

“This the worse company to do insurance with it and I advise all people to not do the same as I did my insurance with them They not helping at all they just play around and transfer you me call to many line And if you have any issues they will never fixed for you the easiest way for them just call back different time or tomorrow as we are busy this all what they do So my advice as I was in this situation to not put your self with this company as will affected you”

“Do not use this Insurance company. Use another Insurer. Absolute terrible Insurance company. Constant harassment asking for fees. My car was only insured for 25 days and and I paid £164.73 and they want me to pay cancellation fee of £125.00. Constant harassment with emails, texts and letters which is failing to obey by the Financial Authority Conduct (FCA) handbook and guidelines under Section 7.9.11 by threatening to instruct Debt collection company to receive their fees.”

“WARNING Took insurance and tried to change the date told me I need a black box I’m 35 with a amg Mercedes. The policy wasn’t actcive and I’m allow a refund for 14 days. They won’t give me money back never got insurance with them.. Robbing people of money. I’ve contacted citizens advice who are investigating this company.. stay clear. Do not purchase insurance with be wiser”

“Professional scammers.Two weeks after I make the mistake to pay fully my insurance to those criminals I cancel it because of their idiotic policy.They should to refund me in 3-5 working days.Two weeks after that they ensure me that the money are transfered and it is my bank issue.I visit my bank and there was no transfer.I call the scammers again and I was told again that I will have to wait again 3-5 days?!?! So 3 weeks already those criminals are not refunding me.Read the reviews before you consider using them.I didn't and now I am 446£ short!”

“My car's insured with BeWiser so I phoned in having a question about my night score and trying to explain the situation that I would need to take the car out in an emergency at night. A lady picked up the phone and said that I'm still allowed to take the car out but should keep in mind that my score will go down. I asked her another question after that, she has not replied, there was only silence until I saw that she has ended the call. Very disrespectful and rude person.”

“Fraud company Fraud company - Do not use!! Sent out faulty black box! Took my money! Sent out faulty product. And then canceled my insurance after only two weeks due to faulty product!”

“Avoid these con men like the plague. I dealt with a guy called Joseph in renewles who has worked there for 4 years. But couldn't transfer me to a manager, couldn't out through my complaint. Was rude. Short tempted. Has a severe lack of knowledge or connen sense. I am severely upset that I used this company. I will never ever use these people again. please listen and avoid.”

“Stay away! They took my months payment and then 4 hours later cancelled my policy for no reason at all, all whilst im away on holiday! It took me 2 days to actually speak to someone that knew what they were doing. They eventually took full responsibility but were unable to rectify their mistake. They then offered me £100 compensation and a new policy with themselves at twice the price as the one I originally had!”
