Appalling company with complete disregard for it customers. Impossible to get through to update policy as requested and now you've cancelled it!!!!

No answer after spending THREE DAYS trying to get through after an HOUR on the phone... appalling... tried emailing with NO RESPONSE. Awful customer service we have gone elsewhere and are trying to cancel policy with Insure 2 Drive after this but still no answer.

Have been trying to contact for 3 days. At all different rime s and currently while type this complaint. The longest call time I was on hold was over an hour. Sent an email to customer services yesterday with all policy info and for a call request and nothing. Do they even any longer exist. Had my money and no customer service. Why is no one responding or picking up calls.?????? Very frustrated

i WANTED TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICES ABOUT MY POLICY. I GAVE UP AFTER A 45 MINUTE WAIT THIS MORNING. I AM TRYING AGAIN THIS AFTERNOON AND SO FAR HAVE BEEN WAITING 1 HOUR AND 23 MINUTES. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

I’ve spent 3 days trying to get hold of this company regarding a policy I took out on Friday ! As they have me down as not smoking ! Never asked . Not drinking never asked . Non home owner . Never asked ! Never answer any calls on either number ! I now Want to cancel my policy as terrible service and can’t get hold of anybody .. do not use this company !!!

I wanted to make a change to my policy… spent an hour on hold then gave up and emailed.. received email reply that it would take 72 hours to contact me! What on earth do you do if you’ve had an account! Disgusting I will not be renewing with them!

Awful service - well, NO service what's so ever! Paid my 1st payment, it said it failed - clearly it hadn't as the £352 left my account immediately. No email to confirm policy details, noone answers the phone. I've been calling for days, NOTHING. How can this legal? Please don't reply to my review asking for me to email policy details, I DON'T HAVE ANY TO GIVE. I have emailed customer services and insure2drivefeedback@sabre.co.uk PLEASE EMAIL ME TO DISCUSS THIS URGENTLY. How did you communicate with the company? YOU DON'T HAVE LIVE CHAT, NOONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR EMAIL so how can you communicate with your company ... Answer: YOU CAN'T - AWFUL AWFUL !!!

Tried to pay on website then message came up that something had gone wrong and to try again later which I did. Same message then discovered they’d taken payment twice. 48 hours later still no response to my emails and no refund. Appalling lack of customer service.

I filled the form on their website and paid the deposit money for my car but on the website, after i paid with my card details, it showed that it hasn’t been paid. It’s charged from my account already and I haven’t received any email from them 3 days. I have been trying to call them almost 4 days. No one is answering the phone. Customer service is very bad.

Disgraceful, increase premium of over 30% with no change in circumstance, vehicle or offences. Direct Debit was taken five days early as the policy auto-renewed which I would never had agreed to. When contacted customer services, the reply was "attached is your credit agreement showing the DD date" ! Surely, an agreement needs two or more parties or persons to "agree" I certainly did not "agree"to be ripped off !!!

Expected call back within a couple of hours expected on 7th March regarding policy alteration. Three days later still waiting. Still as i am typing this on the phone waiting for an agent after 37Minutes. Having been promised to be transferred to an agent (by a human) 20 minutes ago. Customer service stinks
