“Spoke to the agent called Chris ( from Swindon ) and he was first class . Very efficient, helpful, straight forward, clear and knowledgeable which was a refreshing change from my current/ previous insurance provider ( who over the many years I’ve been with them have offered extremely poor customer service which made me dread my renewals but were very competitively priced ) so it was great to get the service and the good price together.”

“I have tried to contact iGO4 as I recently purchased a car insurance policy from them. There was no ‘welcome letter’. I have mo policy number and no documentation. When I ask all they ever do is send me this: Thank you for your email. This is an automated email, please do not respond. “If you are contacting us because your policy is due for renewal, you can view and manage your renewal options, including viewing your renewal invitation in your online account. Just login here https://www.igo4.com/my-policy” Unfortunately, i can’t login without a policy number. NIGHTMARE! If this is how they treat new customers, heaven knows how they would deal with a claim.”

“The website is iffy if using a smaller browser provider... If you use Chrome etc then all went through swimmingly online. Its only been a day but very good for buying (and saving money) part. If all docs seem to give me what I read I would get in my policy then great if not then I will update this review :) Thankfully they use this review site as the others like Trustpilot etc are paid for reviews in my opinion and they question ALL honest reviews that are not very supportive of their 'business clients', you all know what I mean... Shalom Always everyone :)”

“So far so good. I found the website a little difficult when it came to choosing ad one to my selection. For instance the key cover option seemed to disappear after I scrolled through to look at other options so although I wanted it I’m not sure if I managed to include it or not. Good pricing, lots of ad one to choose from but no way to browse.”
