The company ended my policy 4 days before they said they were going to and when I have to apply it now makes it more expensive also it took me 2 hours to apply as the website sells to expire within a minute

Have tried to call numerous times at various times if the day and week only to be on hold for 20-30 minutes before the call cuts off

Wanted to change my policy as my daughter has just passed her test. Had to wait on hold for over 12 minutes before I got through to someone - and was then told I have had '3 claims in the last 5 years' on my previous policy and details needed of these. Called my previous insurer (who answered straight away) and they were the chipped windscreen fixes I had had!! I was panicking about what these 'claims' were! So be aware of this as I hadn't realised!!

Can't be reached by phone when needed. Excessive amounts added for nuisances. Extremely rude and unpleasant pre recorded messages.

Have been trying all morning to get through but nobody is answering. Have sent an email and no response as yet. It seems from other reviews this is a problem. Go Girl awlays used to answer the phone almost straightaway. Is there anybody in the call centre?Not inspiring me to renew my insurance with Go Girl.

Been with go girl for a year, had no problems at all until I tried contacting them. Rang them numerous times a day and still had no answer. Quite disappointing.

Poor customer service and i did not get a revised quote when I was told they would send one. Definitely did not go the extra mile to assist me any way.

Took out a policie with our Son on as a learner and paid around £450.00 and enquired by phone how much extra cost would be when he passed his test which was scheduled for the following month, we were told around £1000.00 based on the fact if the policy was taken now as if he had passed his test the policy premium would be £1440.00. However once he had passed his test ( 1st time ) ( very proud ) £1400 + for policy changes Phoned to challenge charges and was told that we should have delt with all changes on the web site!!! Extremely dissatisfied, internet sales are very attractive, however, this company seems to be a shining example of how customer service falls by the wayside , Drive safely all, God bless

Cancelled with 2.5 months left on policy which cost £460 and the offered £10 refund. Should have been around £80. Won't be using them again!

Cheap insurance but disastrous service. Attempted to make a change to the policy which proved to be too complex for the team. They ended up cancelling all aspects of the policy, without a refund, leaving me uninsured at less than seven working days notice.

I was a little disappointed that the quote I received one day went up considerably two days later! I phoned and was told this is how insurance works!

Good price but terrible customer service, I just called to changed my direct debit date as it has changed from renewal and the customer service advisor huffed when I asked and seemed very disinterested if what I had to say.

Ok so I have been with GO Girl since I was learning to drive. Although I'm 53 I have not had me licence a year. Anyway, my insurence4 is due for renewal and I have been quoted £1280.97 which seems a bit steep as when I check on comparison sites I can get it for £880. I'm kind of loyal so thought I would call Go Girl and see if we could make a deal. I was on the phone under 3 minutes. Long enought to clarify my personal details. When i explained why I was calling I was told unless anything has changed that's the price. They are not interested in keeping my custom. I was bluntly asked when I said I could get it cheaper 'so shall I cancel your renewal now's. Shocking service

I have been trying to make an amendment to my policy for a week now and still waiting for a response. I have called daily to be told "someone will call me tomorrow". I dread to think what the response would be if I had an accident.

Ok - so I have to send some documents I get that. Click the link it goes somewhere (not sure where). Click the link again and you have to register. Try to register and the link goes somewhere (not sure where). Finally get registered and I get a message telling me I have to open an email (I'm still waiting) and follow a link to activate my account. Yup you guessed it. 7 tabs open and my log in has failed. Lost the will to live (and I can hear the family having fun downstairs) this website will not define me.

When my daughter went from being provisional to a full licence holder I called to to ask for price changes. Was then sent a short curt text saying if we don't get back to them within 7 days insurance would be cancelled. I was told if we cancelled we would be getting £70ish refund. We decided to cancel the insurance a few days after... We only got a £40 refund. An expensive week where my newly driving daughter couldn't drive! Dont rate their after sales service!

Everything with this insurance was ok until I had an accident on the road. I phoned this insurance up and they were really good with explaining the claim however, failed to communicate to me about my insurance. I was told my car was in the garage by the insurance and when I phoned the garage they said it was picked up a couple of days before. Also, the amount that I had to pay for fixing my car was more than they had said on my policy documents. The person who was assigned to my claim was very rude and sounded uninterested on the phone to talk to me. The insurance also did not inform DVLA that my car was taken off the road so I loss money through the DVLA as well. This insurance seems to only car about the money and not their customers.
