never touch this company, my house flooded and they tryed ever trick in the book to get out of it and made up lies to get out off it , had to go legal route to get minimal money back , most dishonest company ive ever delt with , dont give them your money or business under any circumstances, they are the most un professional , basically con artists

Impossible to speak to anyone ,they just send out random emails which you cannot reply to and in my case want to charge me to cancel my policy which has run out anyway !

Paid and Never claimed for 10+ years. Then a flat downstairs assumed a water leak came from us. Wasn’t convinced, but enquired with Endsleigh. Never claimed as it didn’t go anywhere. Then my insurance was cancelled after my renewal was due (always auto renewed). On inquiring about this, they said it’s because I started a claim process. AVOID!!!!!

Following an accident on Friday ,Still awaiting for a guaranteed car hire after 5 days for which I paid for as an add on. Being shunted from the underwriters Ageas to Kinderton's claims handle and to the Broker - Endsleigh. No one wants to accept their responsibility. Have made in XS of 30 phone calls. Be aware if and when you make a claim, the underwriters will ask you to call the broker for any add on's you have paid. It's stressful enough to deal with the accident but one has to deal with their incompetence as well. I thought it was going to be a single phone call and that's it , all will be taken care of. Can you imagine if I had an accident on the motorway away from home ,I would still be stranded in the middle of no where. Stay away!

I took out house insurance with them but found I did not require contents insurance as landlord I cancelled the insurance with them within 14 day cooling of period and they charge me 25 admin fee and 20 other not specific fee for 3 days cover This is a bad company to deal with stay away from them

DO NOT USE They will charge you way more than they should, and if you try to cancel? They will charge you more. I've been stuck with them for 2 years now, they won't let me cancel. How is this legal?

I am paying more than £45 for student gadget insurance It has certainly been hiked up and it's coming from 2 accounts so I think I am paying twice ! They will not tell me what I am paying for and tell me I cant cancel the policy !!

If I could give a minus 100 I would, do not use this insurance!!! Never pick up the phones... my partner who works in care looking after elderly covid patients tried to change her insurance from old car to new car ..wanted 3x more money for a car with a lower insurance group..and so we had to asked to cancel insurance they refused to pay back the money that was taken out the same day we cancelled!!... disgusting company..AVOID!!!

Terrible service cost £88 to cancel my policy and they dont send you cancellation documents, no claims which has now cost me extra money. just dont use them

Endsleigh are trying to charge me £110 cancellation fee on a policy worth £277. This is criminal behavior.

I have just found out my insurance was due and they taken over double the amount out of my bank without contacting me or any letter of renewal or email. The only reason I knew it was due was comparison site sent me a reminder it was due to end . Endsliegh price on comparison site was 240.00 but for the same policy with them on renewal they have charged me 550.00 five days before it was due . I have now requested my money back and I am going to report them . I thought it was law now that we the customer should be offered the best price from now on ....not over double and not to bother to contact me .. Disgusting

I wound not recommend this insurance to any one, they charge highly on early cancelation and they will not be available to cancel your policy on time as there opening ours are very less.

Do not waste your time or money. Tried to cancel my policy as they were charging me 3 times as much as anyone else! They wanted £3000 for the year when the same level was available for under £1000 from multiple providers. Was referred to their sister company who would try to beat the price and told everything would be sortedwith my cancellation. I am now being chased by a finance company who are telling me my permium hasn't been paid. I rang Endsleigh and they told me I never completed my cancellation... Told them I needed everything fully cancelled as I thought it had been and was told I need to pay them an extra £170 as well as the previous month's premium! And both to be paid within 48 hours... Absolutely disgusting customer service. I have told all my friends and family to stay away.

I took at insurance policy with Endsleigh at the end of September, because I was looking to avoid Premium Credit Limited as they had just entered the business equation with Post Office. It was Premium Credit that I was looking to avoid because their attitude was enough to put me off going a sixth year with Post Office Home Insurance. It inadvertently happened that PCL is also with Endsleigh so I cancelled straight away, what PLC forgot to tell me is that I needed to contact Endsleigh as they would apply a cancellation fee. So today I got an email from Endsleigh demanding I pay £50.00????, In the end that was reduced to £20.00, that was due to the credit controller agreeing with me that PLC should have communicated a requirement that Endsleigh were notified as well at the time I cancelled the credit agreement - to which I never entered. Endsleigh are running a scam which relies on small print and none existent emails/communication to which I was never notified of. I would urge anyone considering Endsleigh for home insurance to think very carefully, this company is seriously dodgy and full of hidden scams and clauses, I recall years ago knowing students who took out policies with them and when there was a need to claim all Endsleigh did was argue and argue, in the end they lost and paid out, but it took a University official to threaten them that if they did not settle the claim they would advise their students not to take out insurance with them. I know after my recent experience with Endsleigh I will NEVER EVER go with them for any type of insurance for the rest of my life- I hope that this posting costs them more than the £20.00 they took off me, given that I am registered disabled, vulnerable given my health and on very low income.

Cancellation costs ridiculous! Car dies and it costs you to cancel your non-existent car insurance. Wait on phone was stupidly long so avoid if you can. 8 months left to run and cost me half the insurance amount to cancel. Not good.

Never claimed. Always tried to add expensive baggage to my policy. And now I've been on hold for 30mins to cancel my renewel since the only way to do it is through their fucked up phoneline.

Doubled my policy even though no claim made. Added services on as an incentive for me to stay but charged me for them when they renewed the policy when i went to cancel. Trying to get through on the phone is a joke. Over half an hour wait for one call to be cut off! Avoid.
