“A few months ago I experienced an issue where my car failed to start. After phoning the customer service helpline I was asked if it was ok for a new employee to take care of my issue, which I warmly welcomed. Not only was I treated in the upmost professionalism by this employee, he was also able to deal with my issue in a quick and prompt manner by scheduling an mechanic to come to my address and aid in the issue. Absolutely fantastic customer service and I will definitely be renewing with elephant when I am up for renewal.”

“Bad communication when trying to install the box in my car, also said on numerous occasions that they were going to cancel my policy for no reason. As of this I will not be taking another policy out with this provider.”

“HELLO/ elephant.co.uk IS THE BEST INSURANCE I HAVE HAD, WHEN I STARTED MY POLICY THEY GOT MY NO CLAIMS BONUS FROM MY LAST INSURANCE PEOPLE, WHATS GET IS I CAN JUST PUT MY POLICY NUMBER IN ON-LINE AND I CAN PRINT OUT A COPY OF MY POLICY ANYTIME I WANT, IT IS SO EASY PLUS I DID GET STOPPED BY THE POLICE JUST A NORMAL ROAD SIDE CHECK AND I COULD PULL UP ON MY SMART PHONE MY INSURANCE POLICY AND THEY HAD A CABIN AND IN THERE THEY HAD A PRINTER ALL I DID WAS FIND THE MAKE OF THERE PRINTER AND CLICK THERE PRINTER, PRINTED OUT MY POLICY I WAS AWAY IN 4 MINUTES. AND NOT LIKE OTHER COMPANY'S I HAVE FULL NO CLAIMS, AND MY INSURANCE STILL GOES DOWN EVERY YEAR . I WILL BE WITH ELEPHANT UNTIL I CAN NOT DRIVE ANY MORE. J.CREGG”
