I have been waiting for 7 weeks for them to settle may claim. I have just rung them again to chase this up and been told it will be at least another 3 weeks! 10 weeks to settle?? Their website claims that they aim to settle within 10 days. Absolute joke, do not use them.

On my request, the Referral hospital has liaised directly with my pet insurance company regarding the funding of my pets cruciate problem thus causing me no added stress. Impressed, thank you.

We were kept informed by e-mail with the progress of our claim and it was settled within a reasonable time for the amount we expected. This was our second claim and were satisfied with the service both times.

The service i.e. cover and reimbursements when appropriate have been satisfactory and without issue. However the premiums are substantial and it is doubtful worthwhile.

Molly has developed more problems as she has got older (overactive thyroid, kidney problems, cystitis), and all claims I have submitted have been paid promptly and without question. I am kept up to date of progress, and money is paid directly into my account. I would happily recommend to anyone.

Thank you so very much for sorting my claim out... A very nice lady phoned me yesterday and informed me my money will be in my account within 10 days. Molly, again thanks I can't believe you have asked me to write a review I have phoned and e-mailed, beinging of May I sent in a claim, and I am still awaiting it. I have paid two payments since making the claim, they were out of my bank quick enough. I had my payment put up over twice the amount last year, I have since located a cheaper supply of my Dog's (Bart) medication - not that you know that as yet, mind I did tell the women I spoke to on the phone early this month. I do hope this review does make a difference, and that I get my claim through as soon as possible........ All I get told is they are very busy, well thats good as least you have lots of work there for people. And I KNOW as a company you don't lose out, because you put your money up to cover all aspects... Please help me and my claim. Many thanks Mrs Molly Smallman ref no. CPU 33377907, Bart

Quick thorough and very satisfactory. Been with insurance for several years. Fortunately only claimed once. Papers were very straight forward and easy to understand. Claim was processed very quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend. Insure both cat and dog with company.

I would like to thank you'll for the opportunity to give my review. I have had a nightmare experience for being your customer. My no claim discount certificate was provided to you when I took up icar insurance with your selves but I was shocked that you claimed that you have not received the said document after 1 year of me being your customer. and my renewal quote was erroneously stated and I had to send a copy of my previous years no claims discount to prove it. and I thought it was a one time error from you'll and still went ahead with taking up a further year insurance with you'll but still you asked me to send no claim discount certificate inspite of my being your customer for the previous year. and only after I had to spend lot of my time and effort it was sorted and I still was told that I cannot get my previous years erroneous no claim discount years amended .

Thankfully, we never needed to make a claim. The company were helpful when setting up etc. however we found the policies to be very expensive compared to what we could get elsewhere.

I have had to make a claim with Computerquote on one very sad occasion of my poor cat having an accident and then having to have her back leg amputated. They have always been understanding, prompt with any remuneration and professionalism, I would always recommend them.

I find the price is good for the level of cover and when we had to have our young cat put to sleep after an operation the claim was handled sensitively and promptly which was appreciated at the time.

You started off fine but soon trebled your prices. I expect increases especially for my older cat BUT to charge the ridiculous price for a cat under 2 was unacceptable. Even the renewal quote for my older cat was unbelievable. You priced me out of hi your insurance. So I went elsewhere.

What a nightmare. 4 days for "emergency" home cover to get anyone to visit. 24 phone calls and 2 missed appointments. Won't be renewing.
