Everything went wrong. 4 Faulty Black Boxes later and now a month before my policy is up for renewal, they are constantly threatening me with policy cancellation, and have issued me with a 7 day cancellation notice despite the fact that it is the Faulty Black box that Theo has provided and THEO ACKNOWLEDGED THE FACT IT WAS FAULTY. Spoken to the customer service on the phone and it was horribly dismissive, and borderline abusive. So here we go Autosaint, ya ain't looking out for me at all.

Charged over £250 to make a minor change to the policy. Utterly disgraceful, I urge you not to be sucked in by the low price, it’s all a con. Once you e signed on the dotted line, they will charge you hundreds of pounds and there is no way out for you.

My son took out a policy and stays at his girlfriends house quite frequently he received an email saying he hadn’t disclosed her address and has charged him £340 to add her address to his policy when he lives with us We asked about cancelling the policy which he has had for 3 months and want to give us less than half his policy ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Cannot urge you enough to not use this company. The attractive price lured me in. I purchased car insurance with a black box from these guys. 1st year was fine, second year I kept getting 'Low braking score' on my black box. I was braking absolutely fine, so when I was given warnings, it actually caused my driving to be less safe as I was worried to brake whatsoever. There are also a load more reviews suggesting the black box gives accurate readings, which would not surprise me. These guys cancelled my insurance with 4 months left on the policy, after trying to reinstate it because I don't want my insurance to sky rocket due to a cancellation, they told me there was absolutely nothing they can do. I cant explain how frustrated I am, I have had a black box for almost 4 years with no issue, never had a crash, speeding ticket or anything. Now I am left with the pain of having to pay through the roof for my insurance because this careless company hands out cancellations like there is no tomorrow.

Appalling service. No out of hours support. Happy to take your money but denied any involvement when trying to make claim. No hire car despite paying for it on insurance.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Customer service is non existent - you simply can’t get through to them to amend or correct anything on your policy. In total we have spent 14.5 hours sat on hold desperately trying to change vehicle details - they are cheap for a reason. Read other reviews!! Total bunch of cowboys :(

the customer service just does not exist, my black box score dropped right near cancellation all because ive driven 5 minutes after 11pm as i work in a kitchen that closes at 10:30 if we are all on time (very rare). The insurance was the cheapest for a reason.

Tried to contact re obtaining NCB , rang customer services , on hold for over an hour ! Read someone elses comments and rang sales number - answered within 5 minutes. Organised NCB , lady helpful , advised it would be sent within 48 hours , lets see what happens , I will update .

I waited in a queue for 6 hours yesterday and no one answered, I’ve been threatened with cancellation because changed to their telematics score haven’t worked and the score is stick at one ice written to WATCHDOG whilst waiting in a queue. PLEASE DO THE SAME. It only takes a few minutes. The new CEO is Mike Joseph - maybe a letter to him will help too.

I have recently posted a review and want to confirm I have now received my ncd after 20 days of waiting. I called them about 4 times and emailed 17 times. They are super expensive involving stuff like mileage and would recommend if ur parent just letting ur child get a insurance company off black box. To up my mileage by 2000 is costed nearly 600 this caused my insurance instead of being 110 a month it was 200 a month. It’s crazy how expensive it can add up to be, I’m now with a modified car specialist costing be hugely less with more freedom and no stress

Absolutely appalling company to deal with. No customer service whatsoever. I think they provide a phone number but nobody actually mans the phones. I have now been charged over £260 as an additional amount by my daughter's new insurance company because Autosaint haven't provided proof of her NCB in the timeframe that they were meant to. Despite several emails and lots of unanswered phone calls over the last month we have been unable to get hold of them. Do not use this company. I dread to think what they would be like if you ever actually needed to make a claim!

Shocking company , customer service NON EXISTANT , the insurance ombudsman need to take a close look at this company , they hold you to ransom , add charges when they feel like it AVOID AT ALL COST .

Shocking customer service. The engineer turned up at the wrong address the cancelled the policy because the box wasn't fitted. We got over that then changed insurers to one with no box. Contacted autosaint to remove the box and they cancelled my boys new box free policy. You couldn't make this stuff up! The also damaged his bonnet latch during the original installation. Avoid this company at all costs!

Policy was quite expensive probably because I'm young, customer service doesn't respond. Won't be going back as they quoted renewal higher than anywhere else although my black box rating has always been high
