Customer service was brilliant, quick, easy, simple and the staff member I had on phone was very helpful and polite. Only reason why not 5 stars is because I was on hold for over 20 minutes.

I was with them first driving yer.Drived on speed limits and mostly hard brake on yelow traffic lights and scores go down.My advice aces yelow light if u can pass it or get -4/5- points for braking.First yer paid 1270 for 3000 miles on policy second yer asked 1500 for 3000 miles.My car 1 litre c1 and i am 25 yer old.Prety expensive.Find out new provider for 5000 miles and 900 cost.Give five star becouse they helped me when their black box killed me battery and had buy new one.My advice would be move one ingenie or other elese.

I wish I could give these a zero was robbed from the start. Cancelled my insurance and told me I would not be charged anymore and have took £600 off me and can’t even cancel it!!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A SCAM AND ARE UNRELIABLE! I was with them for car insurance and they were awful! Scammed me out of money I was owed and they also cancelled my policy due to breaking being bad, however I had a friend check it and they said it was faulty! So was down to them being bad! They’d weren’t happy with it so I decided to cancel myself and it was hard work! Again losing some money! I can’t stress enough! Please don’t use!!!!!

You could not pay me to use this company ever. I had a terrible experience that resulted in me asking for a full refund which they were supposed to honour. I never did get that full refund. They lied about what my policy covered, where I would be covered and who would be covered. They were also very unprofessional on the phone to me and seemed unsure themselves of their own policies! That they're played to sell!! Ontop of all this there are hidden costs and poor, poor quality customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If only i could give this company no star! This company is a spam! I advise you to not waste your money on them. They live to spam young people or newly drivers. Avoid this awful company!

Added my no claims in the dashboard and said upload successful, a week later I get an email saying my policy is cancelled due to no claims bonus. To renew my policy I had to pay an extra £200 because the policy wasnt even the same price. Now stuck for nearly 20 minutes just to cancel. They want over £1000 for extra miles! STAY CLEAR!

Don’t ever go with this company!! First car insurance I’ve ever had and was quoted £1900 with a black box All was well until I reached my maximum mileage and rang them for more miles thinking it’s gonna be £300 or something They came back with a quote for £1200 for an extra 4000 miles Absolutely ridiculous!! So cancelled the policy and gone with a good named company instead with no black box Never go with this company

I am a 49 year old man. My daughter is 18. we are on the policy. You have to drive the car like driving Miss Daisy. Guess what? I struggled, it's embarrassing and dare I say dangerous sometimes, but once an 18 year old gets comfortable, they drive like the rest of us. Will defo move to normal terms on renewal. Is what it is, sounds great, reality, no.

We used this awful company for my sons first car. The black box company cancelled on us twice, saying there wasn’t an engineer in the area. The third appointment they gave us was just over the 14 day deadline (by 3 days). Autosaint wouldn’t allow it and told us the insurance will be cancelled because we hadn’t had the black box fitted within 14 days, despite it not being our fault that they cancelled, and with it being over Xmas too... they wouldn’t allow a few extra days. They said as a gesture of goodwill they won’t charge a cancellation fee hahaha laughable isn’t it !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They may come out at the cheapest but their customer service is dreadful, and they’ve now lost another customer!

BEWARE! You are at very high risk of being left uninsured and out of pocket. Google the name, read the reviews. Avoid, no matter how good the deal looks.

Do not use, horrible company who treat policy holders with black boxes fitted as mugs! We took this policy out for our sons first car and it feels like we are being threatened by bullies. We got a message to say if they detect another hard breaking incident they will cancel the policy. The policy was taken out in August 19 and they said 1 hard breaking incident was detected on the 11th October and the other on 17th December 19 which was when the car was in for its MOT and service , we proved the car was in the garage for 4 days surrounding that date and that it was being tested on a rolling road and had never left the garage premises but when we told them that was the case they said it was our responsibility to tell the garage the car has a black box fitted and therefore the warning has to stand and now he is on his last warning before cancellation so for 2 heavy breaking incidents (one not our fault) and the outcome means we could become uninsurable as one of the first questions you asked when applying for an insurance quote is, have you ever had a policy declined or cancelled. After being held in a que for over 20 mins and been in a disagreement for another 15 mins I needed to end the call because the person on the end of the call who was probably less than half my age was stuck for words when I said it would be more in my sons favour to not brake if somebody either pulled out in front of him or worse stepped out in front of him. I'm sorry but maybe it could be because I am in my fifties I do not get the mentality of today however, I would like to think that it is more a case of technology is taking over common sense and practicality.

dont ever use this company, i cant remember login details for blackbox score dashboard i ring them and they say they send me a new password and get no email ive tried this for over a month and nothing coming through feel like its not a legit company

I've been with this insurance company for 2 years now, last year I ended up getting £150 back off my policy as I was a good driver, and since renewing in November, I've also had a refund due to change in my address. I've never had an issue with any of the customer service or policy. All in all, I would recommend this company to a friend.
