They rob so much money off of you for the most pointless reason. Being an 18 year old who lives on her own and having to afford to live with this insurance company slithering around is a difficult task.

I have been with this company for nearly 5 months. Haven’t had any issues with them. Good driver, good score. Bad driver, bad score.

They tried everything possible to inflate my son's premium, they also tried to take an extra £120 above contracted rate without warning or adequate explanation. I am still waiting for technical information on how they calculate "late braking" as far as I can see they don't know themselves. Stay away from this firm

Auto saint insurance company cancelled my insurance and still continued to take money after they took it themselves to cancelled my insurance, have been now told 2 twice they would call me back but have never done soo, all have received an letter to say they are taking me to court as they think I’m due them 14,000. After they cancelled it after the first month I payed both months also more, would advise strongly to stay clear from autosaint..... poor customer service Rubbing C*nts

Excellent service from Opeyemi Aketepe during these difficult times, helped me very efficiently with issues I had with my sons policy & resolved them promptly even gave me a follow up call next day. Very much appreciated thank you

I spoke to Opeyemi Aketepe over the phone. He was very nice and polite. He never answered a question with "I don't know"; instead, he politely placed me on hold whilst he went to go and investigate my query which I appreciated. He also stayed behind after his shift; his shift ended at 1730hrs and Opeyemi comprehensively checked if I required anything else before leaving the call at 1828hrs. The phone call lasted almost two hours (and ran over Opeyemi's shift by almost an hour) and Opeyemi was very calm, polite and patient with me, despite the long duration of the conversation. I really appreciate how Opeyemi went above and beyond for me - this is excellent customer service and are positive behaviours which I think deserves acknowledgement. Thank you for all of your help, Opeyemi! :)

Had a few issues regarding documents with my insurer. I have to say the customer service (Tom Edney) was fantastic and resolved my issue without any hassle. 10/10. Thankyou Tom.

Cheap insurance and good for first time but the box I think is really strict / off and there's a lot of "administration fees"

Please do not use this company absolutely absimal the miles were up on my car that I paid 1700 for with a box and they asked for another £600 for 2000 Extra when I’m 18 on a minimum wage job nothing is what it seems with this lot avoid at all costs

AWFUL would not ever use this company. They Cancelled my car insurance because they said my car was not at my address when it was obviously a fault with their black boxes . I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!

Transferred me over 4 times... all I asked for was my NCB. Over 60 minutes of waiting on hold while they kept transferring me to a new department.

An absolute rip-off. £65 admin fee to add a 1000 miles on to my car at a charge of £6.68. As well as VERY HIGH admin fee to change address and car type. Will not recommend and can’t wait for my insurance to finish with them. Staff very rude and speak to their customers like dirt - overall rubbish company. Do not use!!!
