“Acorn charges too much. But overall they provide a good service. All documents are available online - which is good for the environment. If they were cheaper / more competitive, they would get 5 stars.”

“I found it really easy to get to speak with someone and the representatives I spoke to on each occasion were helpful and friendly. They gave me confidence. Your quote was very competitive and the options of policy terms and additional products was great. Mike was very knowledgeable, pleasant patient and thorough. What would make the experience even better would be to in the amount of information that the advisers have to give out verbally. This is far too much.”

“I have joined Acorn Insurance due to great customer feedback. I was not disappointed as Adam was so pleasant to deal with. He was very patient and extremely helpful. Brilliant customer service :) I’ve not awarded 5 stars as it remains to be seen whether this great service will continue.”
