“I’ve literally just been ambushed by the Harlow branch of GBN. Yes, we have had the skip for more than 2 weeks as we have done with them in the past. What I didn’t expect though was a phone call stating they were coming to collect the skip in 5 days time regardless of wether we had finished with it or not. The only options to keep it longer were to pay £10 a day extra rental fee for it or pay £284 for a replacement skip. Never ever had this from them in the past and due to this I will be going elsewhere now for all our other skip requirements to complete the job I’m currently doing.”

“Absolutely shocking, charging customer’s full price for larger skip and delivering a smaller one. Skips full of holes and dangerous. Office staff extremely rude”

“As the administrator of one of the biggest Cycling groups in London, I felt like I had to send them an email with compliments this morning. I was driving behind one of them lorries through the back roads of east London ( so many turns) and the driver didn’t forget once to use the indicators, despite very little traffic ( basically just the two of us). Not a lot of drivers realise how important is to use the indicators. Thank you”

“The office in Barnet have a very bad service. When I call them to exchange the skip, they said will come tomorrow, they didn’t come again I called them they come after 1 week after many times call to them. This man have very rude behaviour This time they took the skip even without notice. Skip was half empty. Because of my experience. And don’t recommend them especially this Barnet office. 0 star Naresh”
