“Poor costumer service , not trying to help you but trying to charge you .”

Dear Laimis Cesnulevicius, We're sorry to hear you were less than satisfied with our customer service. We pride ourselves on our high quality standards we maintain. After checking your detail, we can see that all your email inquiries were answered within 24 hours, even though a standard inquiry respond during COVID lockdown was 48 hours. All your emails were responded fully and clearly. You may not be happy we were unable to provide you with login details to HMRC, but as explained, we do not hold those details for you as we use our own credentials for HMRC. If you feel you did not receive a full response to some other inquiry, please enlighten us sending your concern to ask@taxspot.co.uk. We can assure you, the matter will be dealt in confidentiality.
