“I'm so happy with my purchase. I made the purchase on Subday noght, email confuriming arrived Monday mirning and the gaxebo was delivered Tuesday begore 2pm. I ordered a compact gazebo as, at 8 stone and 5ft 3 the bigger size frame was impossible for me to lift, shift and erect. I do stalls on my own, so needed something I can manage on my own, and I was so happy that I could do this one myself (no dragging my husband along to assist). It's size also means it will fit in my car along with racks, rails and boxes that I need for my stock. I wish I had gone for a compact one first time round. I researched the weight- the frame is 19-20kg which females can lift. Love it! Thank you!”

“I bought my gazebo in Feb 2021 as a Covid necessity. I doubled up guyropes after a failed 2020 purchase elsewhere and with that, this gazebo has withstood every day pegged in grass, 3 years of storms etc and still stands. Well worth the money and excellent service in my first week of purchase when I needed to contact them. Thank you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“I spent forever researching which type of gazebo I needed and found the staff very helpful with their advice. I thought there would be more assistance with the design but it really is down to you to do it. Got there in the end and really pleased with the result. Very proud of our gazebo and thought we stool out well against other vibrant ones.”

“We bought a replacement gazebo bag from Gazeboshop, as the one supplied with our gazebo (bought from a different supplier) had completely disintegrated. The new bag is much better, with wheels, and a better overall design.”

“We had a great experience with Gazeboshop from design to production, with good communication and patience with design agreement process. Gazeboshop also assisted with reproducing our logo to ensure the quality when enlarged was going to look good. Delivery was on time and product is of a high quality and easy to put up and down. I would highly recommend to others.”

“Beware; sadly the company believe that it is quite alright to misrepresent the products they sell. Buy a gazebo with a bag and don't expect the bag to fit the gazebo, it's likely to be different in every dimension. Speak to them about it and they couldn't care less. They'll just tell you it's a storage bag (so what are the handles for?) and so they are under no obligation to supply one that fits.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. To clarify; Yes, all of our pop up gazebos are supplied with a drop over gazebo storage bag when first purchased. The bag supplied is designed to protect the gazebo frame and canopy during storage and/or transportation. The bag is purposefully shorter than the overall height of the collapsed gazebo (as seen in photos on the product page) to aid with transportation as many of our customers choose to stand their gazebos upright/vertically during transit. The bag allows for the unit to be packed away without it being laid on the floor – particularly helpful in wet weather or when the gazebo unit has been erected on a muddy site. We do sell a robust, heavy duty wheeled gazebo bag – this is available to purchase if you eventually look to upgrade. Regards, Sam (Gazeboshop)

“I have to say after having used Galatent for many many years, I looked at The gazeboshop after seeing an advert on facebook (popped up as was searching gazebos online no doubt?). originally the gazebo I wanted was not in stock and needed it for an event, I was then looking at going back to Galatent. Then!I saw the large 50mm 4m x 8m popup and thought.....um..... do I? don't I? I dropped the payment on it and it didnt arrive on the day expected :( so! I called up and spoke with a lovely young lady on the phone, she went away and came back a little while later to say it had been delayed but would arrive that day. It arrived later that day and boy is this thing big and heavy! VERY IMPRESSED with the quality of the gazebo and service. Will be purchasing more soon and taking advantage of the printing service for the next one.”

“Pattingham Vineyard here 😀 the guys at Gazeboshop have been great, we ordered a 3n x 3 m gazebo with lots of printing on sides and roof. The graphics were great and they were very fast. We also bought a massive 12 m x 12 m Stretch Tent. This has been great for hippy happy wine tasting event throughout this summer. Kept us out of the rain 😀 and sun. Well done Gazebo shop. “This is the second gazebo we have ordered from Gazeboshop now (the first one being ordered back in 2017). Great service and quick turn around from the team. Also a massive help that they still had the original artwork on file from our previous order 6 years ago - meaning we didn't have to redesign the artwork again! We did have an issue with the folding table that we ordered, this was cracked / damaged in transit by the courier. However, Gazeboshop sent us a replacement the following day and collected the damaged item. Well handled by their team for an issue that was out of their control! Would highly recommend these if you need a custom Gazebo for your business.”

“Just to be transparent with future customer, I got some issue on the delivery service that being served. I made an order a couple of hours before the cut-off time (13:00PM) to utilised next-working day delivery but it won't fulfils the delivery policy and advertising. Therefore, delivery charges are completely ripe-off from customer point of view.”

As my colleague has already explained, your order was dispatched from our warehouse the same day, unfortunately all courier services have been overwhelmed and under exceptional pressure this week due to the loss of a major UK courier firm. On occasion next working day deliveries aren’t always possible (due to external factors) and this is covered in our delivery and returns policy (*next working day deliveries are not guaranteed).
