“Everything a car hire company should be! Prompt and efficient communication by phone and email. Fast but very thorough collection and return of car. Car as requested, and clean, modern and in excellent condition. Staff helpful and polite. Transfer from and to Gatwick airport for minimal charge.”

“Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful, however the reason I have put 4 stars not 5 is because when collecting the car, the mechanic or cleaner of the car, took their time getting the car ready, so in my opinion, the experience could’ve been more efficient.”

“We have used this company when visiting from Canada and have used them over the last 10 years. They very friendly, well run and organized. The cars are always clean and have never let us down. They are always happy to pick us up and drop back to the airport at the end of our trip. We highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to rent a car.”

“I only had a one day window to hire this truck & it was on a Sunday. Their late hours afforded me a late Sat collection and a late Sun drop-off. Accordingly, a one-day rate for hiring was possible. Great vehicle. Great rates and superb customer service. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.”

“We have been using this company for the past 15 years, booking from Australia is problem free and being met at the airport and dropped back again at the conclusion of our trip is very convenient. The overall cost compared to other rental companies is very good. The cars we have been given are always of the highest standard and clean through out. We recommend this company to all of our associates here in Australia.”

“This was one of the best car rental experiences I've had, in the US or abroad. The people at Gatwick had a great price, and communicated well through the whole process, including some questions afterwards. Pickup from the airport and drop off was a great benefit, too. The Peugeot 3008 was a great car in like-new condition and we had no issues with it whatsoever. We will rent from them every time we come to England. They are so much better than the large corporate companies.”

“I found the service provided by Anand and his colleagues to be excellent. A particular example was when we collected our vehicle it did not have satnav. Anand was able to find a portable unit and attached it the windscreen and it proved to be a godsend, thanks to all!”

“My wife and I hired a car from Gatwick Car and Van Hire on the 20th May for 5 weeks, these people were so helpful and friendly, they delivered the car to our hotel and picked it up on our return. “Truth said was nervous using a company I found using on the web and not one of the big National names. Wow, What service we received. Pick up and drop off outside terminal door. Perfect vehicle. Zero wait time. No queues. Always on hand if any issues (we had none) Definitely will use them again!!”

“Fourth time we have used this company. Good value and fast paperwork. Cars perfect and airport collection a bonus. Driver Prada who collects and delivers most times very helpful. Other staff just as good. Delivery & returns seamless. Deposit return prompt. Cars pristine. Would recommend the company.”
