"They have no customer service while they are luring customers on their website by saying "We never stop improving our world class operation by putting our customers - and their needs - first" . The fact is, if you sign with them, you are on your own - Fact. As much as the product itself is not great (to be expected when you see the price) there is ZERO customer service when things go wrong. However when you spend a couple of thousands with them you would expect some customer care, well, it doesn't seem to be a company priority. http://www.gatemotors.co.uk/ will be interested to make you sign a contract but forget about them if you have problems - they actually were reluctant to help us while we had several issues within a few months of installation. My advice is to pay a little more to partner with a real company with a real customer service."
