Prices look great but their support is awful. It was to the point of arrogance. Never ever buy from them

Prompt attention when I phoned them. Delivery quick and goods as described.

They have no customer service while they are luring customers on their website by saying "We never stop improving our world class operation by putting our customers - and their needs - first" . The fact is, if you sign with them, you are on your own - Fact. As much as the product itself is not great (to be expected when you see the price) there is ZERO customer service when things go wrong. However when you spend a couple of thousands with them you would expect some customer care, well, it doesn't seem to be a company priority. http://www.gatemotors.co.uk/ will be interested to make you sign a contract but forget about them if you have problems - they actually were reluctant to help us while we had several issues within a few months of installation. My advice is to pay a little more to partner with a real company with a real customer service.
