I bought a rowlinson wall store. Rang them to check they had it in stock, they said yes, could take up to 14 days. Fair enough, no problem there. Delivery arrived in 12 days (no warning, big truck rocked up), but great I could build it at the weekend. Weekend came, unpackaged everything to check it’s all there, only to find they’d only delivered 3 of 4 parts (no roof or doors). No one available at the weekend to call. Emailed them, no response, called several times over 3 days, told I’d be called back with an update. Eventually on the 4th day I got an email saying it was on its way and I’d have it for the Easter weekend. I asked for tracking info and heard nothing back. Easter came and went, nothing. Now out of stock on their site. No response to emails, stuck in a queue on the phone. Luckily I used PayPal to buy it so I requested a refund. 3 days later I got a text from the collection company to arrange collection. Very disappointing, lied to about replacement part coming, poor communication, wasted 4 weeks, and if I hadn’t requested the refund through PayPal I would have been stuck with it. If you’re interested, the quality of this wall store isn’t the best. Thin and flimsy, edges damaged (only come in plastic wrap, no edge protectors), poorly nailed together with some exposed and bent nails. Give this wall store and the company a miss.

We placed our order on 23/3/21 with a promise of 7 to 14 working day delivery. After 14 days I emailed the delivery company, DB Freelance Ltd and received a very terse email response saying don’t email them as they are too busy. So I phoned Garden Street on 8th April and spoke to Grace who was very nice and promised to email me back to give me an update. I explained I had received an email asking for feedback but wanted to speak to them first. At this stage the website was still saying my product was in stock and 7 to 14 days delivery. On Friday 16th April I phoned Garden Street back and spoke to Holly who again was lovely and said she would get back to me. As of 25th April, I have heard nothing back from either Garden Street or DB Freelance. Today I received another email asking for feedback so here it is. Unreliable and untrustworthy, terrible communication.

I ordered item on the 20th march was told up to 20 days delivery which was OK due the present situations with covid 19 on the 15th April I called to ask we're my delivery I was told its with supplier I got a email to say delivery from May i asked for a refund which I now have but I would never use this company again I was really let down not getting my item.

Took one week after ordering a gazebo it was out of stock totally unacceptable practice. Why does it take a week to inform their customer they actually don't have the item having already taken the money!! Be aware of this companies dodgy deals never again will we use them

I find it completely unacceptable that Garden Street should be asking for reviews of a product yet to be received. They know the delivery date and therefore should not ask for a review until at least 2 weeks after delivery.

Ordered a garden lounge set and coffee table in February, cushion was marked and coffee table broke, still waiting for replacement now. Offered no compensation, and still have no delivery date. AVOID

Nice website, easy to order, nice receipt. Ordered 7 March, paid for, but item not received and they wanted a review. More than five weeks after ordering I called and talked to a very nice polite young man who said he would check on the order and call me back. Well he didn't call back but next day there was an email advising of delivery and my order was magically on my doorstep less than 24 hours after my call. I love the bench it was easy to put together and looks good. However, happy as I am to have my order I am still extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this business or anyone trying to deliver. I seriously doubt that I will order from Garden Street again as it was not worth the aggravation. If my first order was not any kind of priority then enough said. Communication is key to any business success and I felt that it was sadly lacking.

If you are thinking of purchasing this product be warned. The quality is a disgrace. The design is ok, but the manufacture of the components is laughable. Lots of split wood, screws poking through so sharp edges, lots of mis matched panels. I wasted about 2 to 3 hours rectifying these errors only to find the roof section was made incorrectly and I cannot modify. Perhaps Stevie Wonder should be sacked from head of inspection.

Avoid like the plague. Paid out for a Bramble Playhouse for our daughters so not a cheap item. Manufacturing fault with the front panel as per pictures emailed to Mercia. Mercia blame Garden Street. Garden Street wash their hands of it and blame Mercia so we are stuck with an expensive playhouse that cant be put together. If I could give 0 stars I would I am afraid. Very disappointing. ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL. Customer Service is non-existent. Absolute cowboys.

Shed is badly made. Damaged all over, but was in a hurry for one that didn't have a 3 month delivery wait. I've added photos of SOME of the issues

Marcia summerhouse looked ok when delivered but trying to build nightmare nothing fitted had to cut & shave bits to get to fit , pieces of wood missing instruction useless. Saved hard for this very disappointed

Ordered a shed which was in stock and then when notified it actually wasn’t in stock I ordered another and surprise the same happened again and now I am fighting to get my money back

Ordered a 7x5 shed ( purely cos it was the ONLY company that didn't have 10-16 week delivery) spent most of today banging in nails that they couldn't be bothered to do. Removing nails poking through the wood. Put together and there is a gap underneath, the 'windows' have dents in them! If I didn't need it in a hurry, I would have sent it back!

Although the quality of the product was good, the dispatch time and communication about this was poor. I had to email on each occasion to chase when the product would be in stock, receiving an acceptable explanation the first time but nothing when I chased a second time as I heard nothing about the promised second delivery date. More communication prompted by Garden Street would have made the experience more acceptable

Very disappointed with the result of my complaint. You offered to replace the shed, which was good, but, as I explained, there was no way I could dismantle the shed and send it back to you as requested. Since then, I have received no communication from you which I find quite unacceptable. In the meantime I have been in touch with Rowlinson. They did offer to send replacement parts, but, again I would have had to employ someone to do this work for me - costing me money which I don't think I should have to pay out on a brand new shed. I hope I get a reply to this message.

In an update to the below; I finally received the missing part, which arrived all correct. However, when I built the bin store, I discovered the doors are either warped or the incorrect size as the left one doesn't close! Email garden street, with photos and asked to be compensated for this. "No.. We'll send another door" They now expect me to wait home for a 5th time between 0800-1800 with no offer of compensation. Compete joke of a company! Have opened a PayPal resolution and hope they will step in. I’m unable to give an accurate review of the bin store as following three deliveries, I am still not in possession of all the parts, therefore I’m am basing my one star review in the customer service received from garden street. I was advised I would be contacted by the courier to arrange a delivery time. I wasn’t. Luckily I was home when delivery No 1. arrived but I rejected this as it was visibly damaged through the inadequate packaging. The delivery driver stated this is a frequent occurrence. I was then informed a replacement would be sent (7-10 days delivery time) I was again told I would be contacted by the courier. I was not; I was simply told it would be arriving with less than 24hrs notice. I waited in 0800-1600 for this and when I opened the packaging, guess what? Another damaged part as well as two missing parts! Third time lucky and no contact from the courier whatsoever and returned home to find a package front and center in my doorstep. No attempt to conceal it, no attempt to leave with neighbors. You’d think after two previous delivery attempts, someone would quality control the package this time. Wrong. One of the replacement items is inexplicably the wrong size! I am still awaiting the correct part, with the usual 7-10 days delivery wait. I complained via email and asked to be compensated for the amount of time I’ve had to give in order to wait home for delivery of this item but my request clearly doesn’t even appear suitable for a reply as it’s been completely ignored. Instead, I received a one line email saying sorry. I can comfortably say I wouldn’t recommend buying from Garden Street to my worst enemy, and judging by the other negative reviews on google, it’s a wonder they’re still trading.
