Disappointed after one year of use. Bench cover badly faded and outer material degraded on both ends of arm rest and back uprights, causing tears. Customer service blamed pooling of water which was impossible in the areas where the tears were. It survived barely a year although purchased at the end of 2019 it only came out of the packet in June 2020 as the bench had wintered in the shed. I have purchased a replacement elsewhere. It is not often that I write a one star review.

I ordered two bench covers at the same time a couple of weeks ago. One arrived but the other did not. I have now received an Email from DPD stating that the one that did not arrive was because of ‘lack of complete address information’. I have tried to contact DPD by Email, but without success. The Email from them informs me that I could collect it from their depot in London, but this is totally inappropriate, otherwise they will return it to sender.

They sent entirely the wrong item (a 4 seater and rectangular table patio set cover instead of a 2 seater bench cover, which is the item shown on the Review page). On my informing them of this (attaching a copy of the email acknowledgment of the original order with precise details (product description and code, and price) they insisted that I had to pack and label the incorrect item selecting an initial (not specified) for identification by the driver and that I needed to be at home from 9am to 5pm for their courier to arrive as a smaller time slot could not / would not be provided. They said that once received the goods back, they would THEN despatch the correct item. This meant a delay of some 5 to 6 days when I had selected them becasue of the guarantee of overnight delivery). Someone else then contacted me stating they could not process matters until I provided the make, model and order number (she had clearly not bothered to open the attached email where all this information was recorded. They were entirely unrepentent and kept thanking me for my patience - which was now at a very short premium. They have no sense of customer satisfication or contractual obligations. I would NEVER use them again and in fact managed to purchase the identical item at £3 less than their 'Black Friday' price, from a local garden centre which probably has much higher overheads and less pull on the market than this particular online retailer. THe product is good quality but .... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered and paid for cube garden furniture cover. Had delivered a garden heater cover. Tried to contact your office by telephone .....cut off twice. On third attempt spoke to your representative who confirmed I had ordered correctly..apologised for error and has arranged for collection of incorrect item, but apparently I have to wait until you have received this back from your carrier b/4 my order can be despatched..Bad show!!!

Buyer beware !!! Dont buy you garden furniture covers from here. We tried ours for winter and there not waterproof when it clearly states on there website they are. We Tried to get a refund as they might as well have been in the open rain. The company didn’t respond. So I went to PayPal only to be told that the covers were near enough as described. This is appalling. Even worse as I bought 2 so it cost me about £140 for a product that doesnt do the job. I will never buy from this company again.

Really disappointed. Bought a large cover for garden furniture in June. 5 months later and only 1 month into winter and it has already ripped completely along two different seams and is only fit for the bin. Dreadful quality - would never have bought it if I had know it would only survive a few weeks of winter !

Order was placed online. Week later still not received. Phone line not answered so sent an email. Answered very quick only to find item was not in stock and no idea when it would come in so had to cancel order. Then had to wait another 4 days before refund was issued. Why was order taken and payment taken when there was no chance of getting it and when would I have received my refund if I hadn't contact them.

We were quite happy with the initial deliver of our covers for our sofa and table. However in less than a year they have deteriorated and torn badly. Garden Furniture Covers advertises a money back guarantee but when I emailed them to advise that the cover I bought for our garden sofa had torn in a couple of places after just under a year, they have declined to offer any kind of replacement or refund, despite photographic evidence showing where it has torn. The quality of the covers are clearly not fit for purpose if they tear within a year of purchase. Don't buy!

Not received. Phoned today and told item was out for delivery on 20th October and this item is now out of stock. Totally unsatisfactory. Await to see if full refund is forthcoming

Eventually arrived three days late with no explanatory communication from supplier or any way of making contact with GFC (nobody answers the 'phone and emails are not transmitted). The cover itself is big enough and of just about acceptable quality albeit overpriced but it proved impossible to make fit properly due to very poor draw string arrangement
