“It was all that I expected it to be”

“Garden furniture cover was delivered safely today and I am pleased with it. It looks as if it will do the job perfectly and is well made. On the plus side this item was the last item I ordered online from 4 different companies recently and was the FIRST to be delivered so well done on that front especially in these difficult times we are currently experiencing.”

“Given the issues delivery was prompt, furniture for the most part seems good, easily put together just one screw hole not been put in one part of the furniture on the small chairs, but still secure enough.”

“Very pleased with quality of cover. However, The first windy night it blew off. I had a 3m square cover and there was a pull cord around the bottom which doesn’t work well as it’s to big an area to pull in. It needs eyelets on such a large cover for anchorage.”

“The cover appears to be very good quality. Won’t be used until the weather changes but I doubt there will be an issue given the quality of the fabric and seams. The online service was very easy and delivery very quick. Delivery provider was excellent. 4 stars to seller as I rang for advice and was told everything was on line. The person was right, I just needed to measure and choose. For me it was an efficient service rather than a personal service, which is fine given the very reasonable price.”

“Hi The service was excellent and the only comment I would make is that The website was a little difficult to navigate especially moving to checkout and payment, hence the little downgrade from what was otherwise first class”

“Online ordering was simple but we did not receive an e mail as stated. We ordered it on Thursday 9th and said we would receive it on Friday which has not happened. Presumably this is because it’s Easter weekend.”
