“Had a survey carried out by Bruce who was efficient and knowledgable. He gave me a quote and stated the RRP was outrageous and gave me a substantial discount off the RRP that rang alarm bells. As I hadn't got a quote for the supply of a like for like Hormann Door I went onto the Hormann UK website to contact another dealer and found Doorfit Products Ltd. After a visit by Doorfit Products Ltd I received a much lower quote for the identical product. I contacted Bruce on three separate occasions. After no initial response I spoke to the receptionist on the phone who informed me he was on holiday and kindly gave me the date of his return. After his return, I sent two further emails and have not received a response to my emails. My advice is to shop around as there are cheaper Hormann dealers and installers out there certified by Hormann that offer much more competitive prices.”
