“Patrick our tour guide in Thailand honestly made this trip. He was amazing from start to finish… super organised, put us all at ease, was friendly, made sure everything ran smoothly and that we all had the best experience. Patrick was also very knowledgable and gave so much information at every place we visited… ten out of ten for Patrick he is an absolute credit and made my tour. I have made a friend for life!”

“I had the best time on this trip. We got to experience so many amazing things which were organised so well, that I feel I wouldn’t have been able to organise by myself. My tour guide Mr Patrick went above and beyond for all of us, always supported us in anything we needed and made everyone feel safe and happy! Even after I left the group Mr Patrick ensured I had transport booked, he is amazing! I have met some amazing people and would 100% book with gap360 again!”

“Overall I really enjoyed the trip, I feel like I got to see the best of Thailand and experience lots of different activities. My tour guide Patrick was incredible, super lovely man who went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy and enjoying our trip. He always listened to what we wanted to do, helped us organise extra activities and transport, always looked after the whole group and made my Thailand trip very special.”

“From the moment I booked my trip to Thailand with gap360 there was 24/7 support. Received phone calls to arrange flights and all information emails. I met so many amazing people on this trip which are truly friends for life. My tour guide Mr Patrick was an absolute super star, going above and beyond every day of the trip. He knew so much about Thailand and I feel I learnt so much about the culture from him. He was also very organised and created such a positive vibe throughout the trip. Also would like to thank him for all the recommendations on places to visit in the evenings or during our free time. He took it upon himself to arrange our farewell night at the beach party and booked restaurants for meals creating a hassle free experience. I could not have asked for a better experience during my time on tour. Anyone thinking of doing this trip I would highly recommend as it covers to so much in such a frame of time that you really get the most out of each day 100% worth every penny.”

“I’ve had an amazing time on this trip, for a first time traveller it is perfect- everything fully planned for you which takes away the stressful part and helped me get used to being away from home. Kit was an amazing tour guide, it is clear how much experience he has and how much he cares for his guests and his country. I felt incredibly safe throughout the trip and knew he was always around if I needed help. Jew was just as amazing and although she is training it is clear she is going to be a brilliant guide one day. These two guides deserve all the praise as they made our trip wonderful and helped us to create so so many amazing memories!”

“Myself and my partner have just returned from South East Asia having done the Thai Adventure in December with Gap 360. We arrived at the accommodation to be told the staff had no knowledge of us being on the tour, and they had not received our names on their list. The Gap 360 liaison in Thailand could not be much help, as they had not received our names from Gap 360 UK either - despite plenty of communication from Gap 360 confirming our places and reminding us to complete all the forms before arriving in Thailand. The hostel staff eventually got hold of Gap 360 in the UK who rightfully confirmed our places finally. Fortunately, there was space for us but we had the last two beds in a room and were separate from the group. Our tour guide Robbie then arrived and was very accommodating that evening, ensuring we were settled in despite the late room arrangements. However, since we were not on his list either, our long haul transfer to Chiang Mai the very next day was affected and this time the bus was full. Robbie managed to book us onto the next bus, but the whole group were affected by this, as we arrived an hour after the rest of the group. Robbie assured us this would be the last mistake, promising that we would from then on be booked onto everything along with the group, and he was true to his word. The rest of the tour was a superb experience thanks to Robbie and a wonderful group. Robbie truly made this a fantastic experience and dramatically turned our early misfortunes around. He was kind, cheerful, incredibly helpful and informed, and genuinely considered us family for our time in Thailand, and our feelings towards him were mutual, and shared by all. We will absolutely seek out Robbie for any future travels - Gap 360 are very lucky to have him. Still not received an apology from Gap 360 for their glaring error which could have ruined the trip had it not been for Robbie!”

Hi Jack. We are really sorry to hear your review, as you were helped by the Gap 360 team on the ground. This trip is exclusive to us and all staff you met were part of our in-country team. The in-country team informed our head office that there was an error with the first hotel booking system which was quickly rectified as best as possible by multiple members of the team and hotel staff. The bus journey was a separate matter due to your trip being a very very late booking, and the bus the rest of the group took was already at capacity. These issues were both completely out of our control but dealt with by the Gap 360 team in-country, and as far as they were aware you were satisfied with the outcome. You never raised a complaint or feedback to them whilst on the trip. Out of 25 wonderful days in Thailand only a couple of days were minorly impacted so we hope in time you change your mind about the rating considering the wonderful time you had with Robbie and the group.

“Wow!! The Thai Adventure was incredible!! Really good value for money with activities like snorkelling, floating lake stay and cooking class all included. However, what made the tour so special and perfect was our tour guides; Chai and Nan. They were so attentive and informative throughout the whole tour! They offered their advice for any extra local activities and anyone who was travelling in the future. Thank you both for a fantastic time!!”

“Best trip I’ve ever done!! Highly recommend this trip to everyone, it was an amazing mix of all things culture, nature and partying. Tour guides Mickey and Ming were phenomenal at making us feel at ease about everything and helping up keep safe. On days off they organised some fab activities to keep us busy. All included activities were amazing too- there was never a boring day. Definitely worth every penny!”

“Thai Adventure 25 days! I had the most unforgettable time in Thailand, from feeding and bathing elephants, trekking and staying in the jungle to island hopping and snorkelling in the beautiful lagoons as well as much more. The trip was extremely organised and we were offered much more and had optional extras planned on top. Our tour guides Mickey and Ming were brilliant and went the extra mile for us constantly. For me travelling solo for the first time, was a scary thought, however Mickey and Ming made me feel safe at all times and made you feel part of the group. They were caring, attentive and kept us all happy at all times. Without Mickey and Ming the trip wouldn’t have been the same! Highly recommend the 25 day Thai Adventure!”

“I did the 18 day Thailand tour and it was amazing!! The tour guides Mickey and Ming completely made the experience for me, as they were extremely attentive, smiley, fun and always went the extra mile to sort out anything extra we wanted to do. E.g hikes, climbing, pool parties, island trips etc. All the activities we did were planned perfectly and there was always a taxi/ transport waiting for us when we finished to go on to the next place! If you want a nice start into travelling this is the best way to do it as you don’t need to organise anything once you arrive in Thailand, I highly recommend it!”

“Thai adventure adventure - 25 days This trip was unbelievable! It was full of amazing experiences that were all organised and planned by Mickey and Ming so that we took full advantage of every place we visited! They were there to help with anything you needed, and are the most friendliness and caring tour guides to have. They made the trip very special!
