“Up date got my ring back today, they have done nothing to the issue, still no hallmark on the ring, in fact I sent it to them in a ring box they sent it back in a plastic pocket 🤷♂️ total disgrace of a company”
“I bought a new engagement ring for my Wife from here and she loved it, so when it came to buying her a dress ring I never thought about it twice so we had a look and picked a 9ct gold eternity ring at the sale price of £380, when the ring came it looked nice but as it was not for everyday wear it got put away, after a while my Wife decided to wear it for a night out, but on opening the box the ring looked tarnished, and on closer inspection we discovered there was no hallmark? I contacted the company asking them about this issue, I got an immediate reply, that it was illesgle to send out anything gold without a hallmark, and it must have been cut off when the ring was getting sized, I was then asked to send the ring back to them and they would get it rectified and sent straight back to me, I sent the ring back on the 1st August 2023 and since then I have heard nothing from them, they have not answered any phone calls or emails, so they have now kept my money and the ring which to me is paramount to theft, it is now the middle of November and still nothing from them, so in my opinion you should avoid this company unless you want dodgy gold or even like I have been ripped off.”
“Bought a dress ring for £360 gold with small diamonds but the ring had no hallmark contacted them and got an email back stating it was illegal to sell a ring with no hallmark and could I send it back to be rectified and they would send it straight back, 7 weeks now and they don’t answer emails, what’s app phone calls say we’re not here at the moment so all I can take from this is that they are scamming people I really want to advise people to avoid this company as mine was only £360 but some of there prices are in the thousands please avoid at all call, if it looks like it’s a great deal it’s probably a scam”

First they asked me to give him my bank details number . Then they told me have a bank problem. Transport problem. Bank problem. Problem is everywhere . Hope this helps somebody to not buy from them”

The ring is stunning, I did need to return for the next size up. Communication and assistance was prompt. I returned the original ring on Wednesdsy and recieved the next size on Friday. The ring is beautiful

“Communication was non existent when we ordered a diamond pendant that was delayed. We had to keep contacting when really it should have been the other way around. When it finally arrived the supposedly red garnet earrings free gift had been replaced by a necklace when the certificate attached clearly says it should be the earrings.”

“I would rate this as good value as a similar ring on the high st would be at least £150 more, for no good reason. Other reviewers have mentioned slight yellow colour, I didn't notice this on my one and the cut/brilliance was excellent.”
