"I ordered a Boxs Set online but didn’t realise that I ordered Blueray instead of normal DVD (my mistake) when it came to returning it- it took 4 emails and 3days later for a response.
As there was nothing wrong with the item they refused to pay for the postage and packaging. I thought it might of been covered when returning the parcel."
