“Very professional service. Mr Mark Guy was helpful, friendly, courteous and approachable throughout my case. It was not easy for me to go through with this process and I would not have proceeded without the excellent service I received from Gadsby Wicks. Thank you once again for the excellent service. “The level of service I received was very good and it at times the process of the medical negligence can be overwhelming as the case is regarding a loved one who I miss dearly, but during the whole process my solicitor was respectful of my mum who sadly passed away in hospital. I was hoping this case would go to trial but the outcome is the best I think we could of hoped for.”

“I was always contacted if new information became available. My chances of winning my case were explained to me as new information deleleped. Any specialist reports were discussed with in person and explained so I understood them. My only criticism would be that months could go by between reports, a phone call or letter just to reassure me that things were still moving forward would of been nice. It is a stressful process and just being called would of saved me waiting for the postman each day wondering if anything had happened. I am very grateful for all the work that was done for me and my daughter. It won't change what happened, but the Financial settlement will ensure that growing up my daughter will never worry about money. There are no words to express how grateful I am for all the work you have done thank you.”

“The service we received from your firm was well above what I expected. We were kept updated regularly, matters were progressed quickly and we were always fully informed of what the next step would involve. When we made a call to the firm our calls were normally dealt with straight away or the file handler would call back within a few hours to answer any queries. Overall I believe the firm went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough for their assistance. They have helped my family obtain closure on a really stressful and upsetting matter. I cannot recommend the firm highly enough.”

“Overall a very good experience , the only comment which is not too positive is the amount of travelling I had to do. for example all the medical professionals I had to see ( when you're not in good health ) was extremely difficult. Travelling to Wolverhampton, Kent etc. perhaps Medical professors in London or more local to claimers homes would be very helpful in the future, to others. I would like to reiterate how Alan Mendham and his team were always polite, helpful and I know did their best and I thank them for that. Although money will never bring back my health and the life I had before, it is of help to have financial peace of mind and comfort. Thank you. Suziye Hunwicks.”

“Gillian and the team were available to answer even the most smallest of questions, making the whole process easier to understand. “Gadsby wicks kept me up to date with everything. Frann Pollard is an amazing lady who was very undestanding and compassionate towards me at all times. Fran kept me informed by post made it all easy for me understand the legal jargon and explained everything step by step. I was made to feel very comfortable talking about my case with frann as it was a terrible time for myself and my family. “Despite eventually being unable to peruse my case, I was very pleased with the sympathetic professional nature my case was handled. All the staff I met were exceptionally empathetic and offered advice and support at a very difficult time. Even though my case was not taken to court a thorough investigation was performed and the medical evidence from the expert witness has provided me with the closure I required to move on with my life. I would definitely recommend this company to others should the be unfortunate enough to require this service.”

“Fran Pollard handled the case showing exceptional sensitivity and understanding of our loss, the worse than expected outcome was due to evidential issues and a lowering of the limits for this type of claim. My only concern is the length of time legal processes take and anything that would expedite them would be beneficial, but having said that Fran correctly advise us at the outset of the timeframe involved.”
