“Lots of compliments received wearing these, I'm on my second pair. Worn for work daily, my only criticism is they wear down quickly, and although nothing wrong with shoe, they become unwearable as sole worn”

“The sandals are very comfortable and well made. I took off one star because they rubbed my feet a little, but hopefully that's just because they are new. I always buy Gabor shoes now because they're so comfortable and would definitely recommend them.”

“Gabor shoes website was easy to navigate hence buying from them was a good experience . Unfortunately we had to return the sandals because the right foot had a problem ( an extra fold of leather). In every way I was pleased with the purchase except for the problem mentioned.”

“The shoes were lovely but the style not being Velcro at the toe end of the shoe could not accommodate my larger foot. However having to pay postage to return Gabor are out of touch with many other businesses who offer free returns. I will not be purchasing on line again.”

“I desperately needed a size 6.5 shoe in the ruffle punched flat design to replace the size 7 that was a "boat"! I had to shop elsewhere online for a similar mint nubuck / menta shade. A lot of hassle to get a good Habit shoe for a wedding in three weeks' time...”

“I love my Gabor women's Waltz trainers and they look very stylish and are very comfortable, but still need better arch support. I wish that companies that make trainers could always have good arch support and not always have white soles. Why can't shoes be made like trainers in terms of comfort and support but look like normal shoes from the outside? These shoes are halfway there.”

“I am a big fan of Gabor shoes. They are really comfortable and unlike many companies do half sizes. I have ordered from them many times and never had a problem. Unfortunately this time the sandals looked like they had been worn and had a few quality issues so I had to return them.”

“I already owned a pair of these Gabor sandals. They are comfortable, easy to slip on, and recommended by my podiatrist for a fallen arch. Though it doesn't have a very strong arch support, they are wonderful to walk short distances.”

“Ordered a pair of trainers online. What arrived were shoes of two different shades. Disappointing, but of course good customer service is as much about correcting issues as it is about delivering the goods. I telephoned and spoke to a very nice gentleman who apologised profusely, sent me a pre-paid returns label and advised that I would be refunded as quickly as possible - which I was. Apart from the initial issue, can't fault the service at all.”

“Whilst I am happy with the service provided I am not happy about the sizing of your shoes across the different styles. I tried some Gabor shoes in a shop and identified I was a size 3.5. I ordered 2 different styles on the web but one of the styles was far too tight. I returned them and they have been exchanged efficiently for a size 4 but I have had to pay for the return which I think is unfair when your sizing is inconsistent.”
