“Love Gabor shoes and trainers though my latest purchase doesn’t fit quite so well; they’re longer. I measured them against my old pair of size 6.5 and I’m right, slightly longer which I notice when I walk. Will still always buy shoes from Gabor, but as with everything, better to buy from a shop rather than on line.”

“Although I have kept the shoes, I was disappointed that the colour was nothing like the picture on the internet. I bought them expecting grey and the arrived more like a taupe colour. They are very comfortable though and thats why I gave them 4 stars.”

“5 stars for a fantastic customer services. As for the boots it’s not bad but I don’t like the cut at the front ( front shape) as it wasn’t slim a bit puffy. Nevertheless the quality is so good. Unfortunately I had to return it since I didn’t like its shape. 4 stars for the boots”

“Gabor shoes always comfortable & last well. I replaced a pair of boots with exactly the same boots as I was so pleased with them. The only reason this is not a five star review is because the box they came in was tatty & damaged. I like to keep my boots in the box for storage and cannot. When you pay £200, you kind of expect the box to reflect that!!”

We make every effort to retain products in their original packaging for as long as possible. However, it seems that this pair ought to have been re-boxed. “Beautifull boots but colour was not as shown in the ad. Sent back for dark navy and these arrived quick but too small. I am a standard 6 so have returned these for larger size Expensive postage for returns!”

“Great service; easy website. I have several pairs of Gabor boots.Sadly despite the wider fit my left foot was quite uncomfortable as I have a very sensitive wee left toe. I will need to return these really handsome boots bought in the January sale. Please make a wider left foot last for us ladies!”

“Lovely shoes . Unfortunately I have a very bad bunion on my left foot & was hoping a wider fit would fit. It didn’t. I have kept a pair of trainers 😊. The rest of the styles were sent back & paying for the returned postage was VERY expensive.”

“Easy to place order. Kept informed re the order at all times. Delivery times given. The only negative was that I had to pay for the return which cost £9 with tracking. Many other sites have free returns.”

“Just love Gabor shoes but in this instance, the shoes were marked which is most unusual and waiting on a decision regarding a replacement which I hope they will do otherwise I won't be happy and will not buy from you again, I normally but several in a year”
