Someone recommended me future learn thinking is on online live tutorial platform like PREPLY, but YOU SEE NO LIVE TUTORIALS, YOU JUST SEE SOME POINTLESS RECORDINGS! WASTE OF MONEY! Would not recommend that!

I was sent a link from my NHS provider, to complete mandatory training. I had completed the same course on this website 3 years ago. This time FutureLearn waited for course completion to then force a payment (to receive an electronic certificate). It deleted all progress after receiving the payment. Having to now complete the whole course for a second time.

Excelent academic standards. Nobody will be charged, it`s just an option if you need the diploma/certificate. Nothing is free in this world. So let`s be serious, if you can`t afford it you don`t buy it.

They used to be great, an education provider not dominated by elitism and capitalism. Sad that they’re just money grubbing now and not delivering certificates. There are education providers online that are truly about education for all, go find them I’d say. Would never recommend futurelearn again

Great content, high quality courses. People who write bad reviews clearly don’t understand what accredited vs nonaccredited means. Content comes from universities, but it doesn’t mean you always get credit hours! Love the platform. Easy to use. Lots of choice.

Have tried afew free short courses on FL, but unable to afford to upgrade, nor wanted to. Was bombarded with emails from them (up to 4 times a week) to upgrade. Basically being harassed, pestered/begged for money. Ruined my experience trying to learn. Closed my 'account' now regrettably. Disgraceful of this 'free courses' provider.

Right now I cannot get into my account where I upgraded 2 courses and it cost me money that doesn't come easily to me at all! I signed out and couldn't get back in. I asked for support and waited; Nothing. I had deleted a Facebook account and began a new one (the old one deleted), plus I had deleted my old email it was on I frequently have cyberbullying done to me, and that's why I deleted accounts. Anyway no response. I made a complaint: no response. I tried Facebook messenger and now I'm just mad. Hard earned money - just gone!! For nothing Like robbery almost

For last nine months i did not get my certificate, though I paid in full plus postal charges. Some one named "Helen" reconfirmed the delivery will be done asap. Today October.. not a single...update to date.

I completed the course, but they didn't send my certificate although I made payment for it. And now they are ignoring me. I am very dissatisfied!

Just started seems good enough let's see what happens the certificates to buy are quite expensive

I enjoyed the vibrant material well-supported by academic research. I learned in-depth material from experts in their field. I will certainly be taking more courses from FutureLearn.

Support was terrible, it was near impossible to get through to a human being... The content was mediocre for both courses I tried thinking it might be a one-off
