“I have just dealt with a young lady called Emilia Berry. What a wonderfully refreshing experience to speak with someone who is friendly, knowledgeable and is doing her job to the absolute best of her abilities!!! Very pleasantly surprised, she’s a complete credit to the company.”

“First time I’ve used Future Proof for joint life cover for my wife and me and I must say the service was exemplary from start to finish. We had previous policies with two different firms and wanted to do a joint cover for us both, spoke to Thomas who was very knowledgeable and knew his products, we narrowed it down to a choice of top 3 providers and went ahead with the best quote and cover for us. The quote price that Thomas had given to me was very competitive and I could not have got it cheaper through comparison sites or through contacting the companies direct with there promo gift cards and what not. I highly recommend Future proof and Thomas and his team and I will be using them again in the future. Thanks again Thomas Best regards Mr S Tateri”

“As always, and reassuringly, one of your consultants/advisors wrote to me to confirm that my insurance needs were being met. As a result, your advisor Sultan responded to my interest in a new policy, overlapping with the existing one that expires in July 2024. Her patience, kindness and attention to detail, and involvement with the insurer was faultless. Although having had several policies while being a client of your Company, at 84 my history now is anything but simple, but Sultan showed remarkable knowledge and understanding from both sides, the insurer and mine while working our way through the labyrinth of medical evidence and conditions. Although I have decided for reasons explained to her that I have decided against the additional policy, and my feeling very sad after the "extra mile" she has clearly trod in her assistance since August, she has been completely professional and helpful in accepting my decision, by providing additional advice, suggestions and alternatives. I am indebted to her for her involvement, and from someone who is clearly a credit to Future Proof. As a manager more than once in my career, I would feel extremely confident and relaxed if she was representing me or my Company.”
