“The chairs and table are very well built and amazing quality, my reason for three stars is the table and chairs which are made as a set are not very well put together as they don’t fit under the 4 seater table even though they are sold as the matching set, they stick out 11inches from the table when pushed in as far as they can go which is a waste of space in a small area,….the staff are however are amazing to deal with and really helpful,”

“Easy to order using their online Website. Chairs were not in stock, but scheduled for the 20th January. Delivery came exactly when stated. Packaging was a little damaged on arrival, but chairs inside were not. Needs two of you to assemble chairs, as a bit fiddly. Found one nut missing for the chair leg, so have sourced one from a friend. All in all, a good experience with this company.”

“Brilliant service from Fusion Living. Ordered and within a few days received confirmation that the order has shipped, sent via DPD who kept me informed along the way, I had to reschedule deliver which DPD did without issue through the app and was supper convenient, arrived on time and well packaged. The tulip chairs are really nice, solid cast base, that has a ball bearing swivel mechanism build in, nice as weighty with felt pads pre applied to the base, nice touch, the seat itself is plastic but of very high quality moulding with no sharp edges at all and thick moulding so sturdy without much flex when sat on and all held together with 6 bolts ensuing it's a solid price when put together. One minor issue with a price damaged in transit, it happens, Customer service was A1 though when I contacted them, super helpful, agreed a resolution and email me with confirmation of what what was agreed, replacement price arrived next day as stated and with extra packing to make sure it arrived in perfect condition. Could not be happier with the quality of product or service from Fusion Living. Great job and plan to order a few more prices for the house in the new year. Thank you.”

“We ordered four white Soho dining chairs with black metal legs with delivery to Finland. Dispatch from Fusion Living was really fast! Delivery time by a few different couriers was reasonable and as estimated (5 working days). Delivered boxes had clearly gone through a lot during their journey, but everything inside the boxes was carefully packed and protected. The chairs are really lovely!
