Dont buy anything from this store. I bought a $7500 high end 3-piece couch and the couch was defective upon delivery. Management team is very difficult to deal with. I finally got an update - the repair will happen mid Feb 2024. Four months after I submitted my request to get it fixed. Stay away from this store. I do not recommend!!!

Dont order from this company, Customer support it terrible! i ordered three days ago, they wont deliver for 7 days. The price on there website three days later is 25% less. They say they wont refund me the difference. I told them i will refuse delivery. They sais they will charge a restocking fee.!! you can see how terrible this company is DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I would not recommend this company, received items damaged and they would only deal with you over email. They wanted me to open up all the items to check for damage as they would only deal with the complaint once. I told them no as did not have the room and they were still liable. They come across as not wanting to replace damaged parts.

I contacted the customer sales team prior to buying my desk to make sure that it could be orientated in left and right directions. The sales team went off to check and came back to tell me that it could. I went ahead and bought the desk. It soon became apparent that it could not orientate in both directions. I contacted the post-sales customer service team and they advised me that they had given me incorrect information and it could not change orientation. However they refused to refund me - offering 5% refund, increasing to just 7.5% refund when I declined the initial offer. As the desk is part built already I cannot return it. And I cannot use it as it won’t fit into the space. I am so angry that I specifically called with a direct question which led me to buy the desk. And that actually it was a pack of lies which has left me significantly out of pocket and with a desk I cannot use / will not have the hassle of selling on second hand. Do not ever buy from this lying company!

Horrible experience with these clowns. I bought a dining table for my mother, who sadly died before it could be assembled. FiF wanted £30 to collect a £90 item, which I baulked at. I wrote them a TrustPilot review reflecting my disappointment. They rang me and we agreed a £10 collection fee. They were a no-show, so I had to cart it all back to my home and rearrange the collection. DPD turned up this time but were only expecting one package rather than three, sigh. They took it, thankfully, and FiF acknowledged receipt and agreed that the items were in perfect condition. However, they only refunded me £59.95, keeping £30 rather than the agreed £10. They have since ignored my emails. Total crooks. Avoid at all costs.

All I can say is wish I’d read the reviews. Everything everyone says is true. Paid for item that was in stock, all of a sudden it’s not in stock and I’m waiting weeks for it. It does arrive when it says but open the box and it’s the damaged, scratched, dinted. Start the returns process and it feels like I’m jumping through hoops to get £100 back. Very much doubt I will get a refund but I’m prepared to contact trading standards and PayPal to be treated fairly.

I purchased shelving unit. The colour is darker than on the pictures. I wanted to return and been told to pay for collection almost 50 pounds! Today I opened the box and checked the items. They are very poor quality and having some scratches. As the customer service is so bad its not a point to complain anymore as they don't care at all about their clients. Will never buy anything from them!

Refused to carry item upstairs for me, but took £10 cash to do it, no receipt given for this money, mark on base of table, cellotape stuck to connecting aluminium base, so tainted where glue been, one of delivery guys didn't help the other carry it up, so he struggled alone, but all in all, I did get table in sale, and I'm happy with it overall

SAVE YOUR MONEY ! Do some research This company take your money at 100% mark up For products other companies such as Vida xl for example my units cost £170 each Vida xl sell the unit for just £81 The quality of the furniture is shocking frayed edges chip’s scratches The aftercare is no existent Don’t be scammed like me if you want a specific item find the original distributor try Vida xl they will probably have your item at 50% of the price

Absolutely dire company, quality of materials is exteremly poor. All the wood cuts have frayed edges, fixings are all weak and break with any pressure. My items arrived covered in scuffs and they offered me 5% discount and advised this by their standards was minimal, this sums them up erfectly. Don`t waste your money on this company, you will regret it.

This is the worst aftersales service from any company that i have ever had the experience of dealing with. There is no person to speak to and they only deal with complaints by email which takes for ever to get a reply from. Every time i make contact with them they reply saying the warehouse has been informed and they will come back to me. I have bought from them previously and do like the products they sell however i think staff training is required and a better business model put in place to deal with customers who will have all paid up front for their products. Not in a hurry to purchase again from them!

Do not use this Company. The furniture is of poor quality and has major manufacturing defects. Holes in the gloss tops and draws. I wish I read the reviews before using them as they are all true. Terrible. No Customer service via telephone, email only!! You then just go round and round in circles. This company just makes it so difficult for you to contact them and resolve any issues. There business model being that by being this way you will just simply give up and go away!! You have been warned.

Poor quality furniture, misleading pictures on their website. I ordered 2 1m wardrobes the pictures clearly shows them as being all white, however the back panels and the draw bases are both brown and the overall built quality is lacking for the price tag. Shop somewhere else.

They only deliver to ground floor & then charge you £30 & hidden charges when you can't accept delivery. If you live in a flat with stairs & can't lift heavy items don't order. Courier refused to deliver to my door and got very aggressive shouting at a female when told if they couldn't deliver upstairs they'd have to take back item. They will then deduct hidden charges from your refund of £30 even though it's not your fault. Read their terms before ordering. Ridiculous company & shocking customer service!!! I'd advise not to order from them. Worst company ever!

Poor quality furniture. I bought a glass dining table very heavy, leg came away from the glass very dangerous table is 3 years old however expected to last longer for the money. FIF wouldn’t do anything not even an apology for the damage it could have caused. Can’t talk to anymore, poor customer service. Furniture is not good quality and will not last.

I received my console 3 weeks ago which was damaged. Took pictures and contacted Furniture in Fashion for a refund and collection. Its been 3 weeks and the courier has still not come to collect the goods. Ive contacted the courier and the FIF but no real developments happening. The service i have received from this company is not as efficient as CFS and other companies but I am waiting until i receive my refund and then i will be in a far better position to write a thorough and honest review---- watch this space :)

Worst company and incredibly disappointed about customer service. I don't normally opt for bringing business down, I sustain and trust they put customers at the centre of their business. But not with Furniture in Fashion. Spend over £3500, wanting to speak to customer service non available over the phone. Communication is done via email, with long wait on replay. Matter solved- NO. On damaged items its impossible to get them replaced or full refund. For items ordered, they change transport collection fee (between £35-50) so it makes it difficult for customer to win this game. I regret not reading the reviews before ordering, I wouldn't have spend so much money and energy. I got a lost of £450 on an approximately £3500 order. Disappointed how this business is treating customers, thinking that their poor quality items makes the customer fault, pushing transport fee on each item collected so we lose almost 40-50% of the value. Compensation on 5% is hilarious when even IKEA gives your money back or replaces the items. No manager available to discuss the matter, emails back and forth, with no satisfactory outcome for the client. One little advice for those ordering. Beautiful pictures on the website, but please check every piece on delivery, terms on conditions stipulate 7 days return(but because Easter period being off they've done no exemption) product lost to start with. If unhappy with items on delivery, refuse delivery. They will call back asking why, but at least you'll get your money back. It's good when items are in good state, but once damaged or any issues during assembly its a nightmare to get anything back from them, and I'm reporting thousands of pounds spend. I am absolutely disgusted how they've dealt with my case. As a growing business I wish them all the best, but I doubt they will get far if they continuing treating customers like this. Customers satisfaction should be their main strategy on this over saturated market...they are nowhere close.

Furniture was damaged and then covered up with white paint to conceal the damage, terrible customer service, refused to replace the items which cost me £200.

I bought tv wall cabinet take 1 month and half to be delivered on my address so open the cartoon and discover two missing brackets and call customer service they said that it will take another month to arrive to the depot and delivery on my address, not worthy so if you want buy cabinet do not buy in this website there is always something goes wrong!!
