I had an issue with my table and 4 chairs but have now been given a partial refund for the table although my issue was also with the chairs. Going to physically buy from personal shopping from now on.

I also emailed and sent photos of my peeling leather sofa 2 yrs old was told guaranteed for a year!!! Never use this company for leather When delivered the same sofa had a scratch that was repaired but now wondering if faulty

I ordered the Kingston dining table and four chairs last year The table is less than a year old and looked after well but the surface is cracking and peeling off I've spoken to someone at the company and nothing can be done about !!!!

Hi i had a leather 3 piece suit from you 2 years ago i have not use it much as i live alone an i have a stoke so been in bed alot so not been alot the one chair is all getting cracks all over a was hoping it would stay better longer i cant afford to buy another one would i beable to get a new to match. please can yu help me

We're having problems with this company too. They don't seem to want to fetch their broken furniture back and give us a refund yet they were very happy to take our money. These advisors just keep lying one after another ! They're not in the least bit bothered ! I would never ever again purchase and wish I'd checked these reviews before ordering !

UPDATE Furniture & choice still haven't collected after 4 arrangements 2 collect I'M FUMING Unprofessional My legal team will bring this matter to a close. DISGUSTING SHAME IN YOUR COMPANY I URGE ANYONE DONT EVER GIVE THEM YR SERVICE PLS .

We purchased a two and three seater Hampton Chesterfield last November 2022. At first it was comfortable enough, but then the seat cushions began to flatten after about twenty minutes of sitting on them, allowing the ridge of the settee below to dig into the back of your legs, which became very uncomfortable. My wife and I are both retired and as she suffers from diabetes, chronic kidney disease and a heart problem, seating comfort is all important. We hadnā€™t had the suite six months when my wife said sheā€™d had enough and began sitting out in the sun room where we have two chairs (bought elsewhere-we have had them three years and they are still as comfortable as the day we got them). I contacted Furniture and Choice and they sent someone out from Homeserve who had a look around the sofas, sat on one cushion for about 15-20 seconds(!) and declared them, in his opinion, fit for purpose. I asked him to sit on it for about twenty minutes so he could see what really happens to the cushions but he refused and asked me to sign some form to say he had been and done his survey. I said no way and he left, telling me that Furniture and Choice would be in touch soon. A few days later, on May 23rd, I received an email from them telling me that Homeserve had informed them that the settees were not faulty and that the matter was now closed. I emailed them back to ask them to call me but since then I have heard nothing. In the past we have had suites for over ten years that remained comfortable and were only replaced because of changing colour schemes. Shame on you Furniture and Choice for not listening to your customers. Thanks to you, we now have to sit in our sun room because you supplied us with duff furniture but wonā€™t admit it. Never again. Take heed prospective buyers.

Update still w8 4 collection of my table Phoned again Saturday spoke to customer services was fobbed off again only to be promised a call bk regarding collection SURPRISE SURPRISE NO PHONE CALL. I'M NOT GOING TO KEEP GOING BACK & FORTH IM SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE TUESDAY 1ST JUNE .

Absolutely frustrating experience I purchased A Glass Table Didn't have 2 unpack it to see it was practically bigger than my kitchen space.I phoned they scheduled a collection Frm 7.14am till 9.14am on Friday 26 May 2023 I made 4 separate calls to customer service Only to be fobbed off with lame excuses .The time is NOW 6.07PMSTILL NO COLLECTION. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN EVER .

If I had seen these reviews, i would not have purchased anything from this company. I bought both 3-seater and 2-seater sofa from the company worth over 1000 pounds. The first 3-seater sofa leather was torn in less than 1 month. Immediately this happened, I knew the other sofa won't last. The replacement took over 6 months. The second sofa is also torn and I am not surprised. It is a shame that you spent so much on a product yet it is very superior. I will not recommend this company at all.

i went through the credit check to buy a sofa bank details were all put in deposit taken from account and then at the end it asks for photo of passport not a problem but if they had asked for this at the beginning i would of had it to hand im at work just now so annoyed with this dek finance

Bad communication I had a table delivered that was damaged wanted a refund struggled to get it picked up I was ringing daily they couldn't give me a refund until they had collected the table this went on for over a week, I would never order from furniture and choice again!

Ordered an 8 seats extending dinning table of Ā£1,380.00 and 5 chairs out of 8 arrived full of cracks all over the sitting panels and along the table frame. Has a small dent on the leather of one of the chairs as well. You would think that spending this amount of money you get premium quality but that's not the case with this company. I contacted them about and I've been offered two options, one of Ā£100 discount or to uninstall the parts were damaged and they will arrange the new ones to arrive, obviously I didn't find either of those options to be fair as uninstalling and reinstalling it would have to be done by yourself and the Ā£100 was to little to compensate the purpose of having paid for premium quality. I did accepted the Ā£100 as a discount as this was the less stressful, however still not happy with what I've got for the money so the purpose of this review is not to recommend Furniture and Choice. Quality Control should be at higher standards, people are paying a lot of money for cheap materials.. chairs in specific, review that Furniture.

Hi, please donā€™t buy any product from furniture and choice these people cheat with customer, I bought a corner leather sofa from this company within 6 weeks the sofa be damaged & company poor customer service totally refused to fix my sofa. I request everyone, Please avoid this company

Firstly the one star is for the sofas I ordered 2 two seater ā€œleatherā€ recliners the colour was perfect a light grey but as soon as they were delivered I knew they werenā€™t actual LEATHER they were BONDED which I failed to see on the website(my fault totally) I then googled BONDED LEATHER & it said it is made primarily of ground leather fibres bonded together with a polyurethane (plastic) mixture & lasts only a few years,the sofas look CHEAP & LIKE PLASTIC(which is what they are) I rang customer service for them to be returned they sent me bags to put sofas in(a bit of a fiddle but doable) & the guys came to take them back, I did read the reviews on these sofas & I can only say that the buyers that LOVE them are deluded THEY ARE PLASTIC & LOOK LIKE PLASTIC & the price for PLASTIC SOFAS is ridiculous!! (ok maybe 10-20%leather scraps) What I will say is the CUSTOMER SERVICE were BRILLIANT! from ordering to sending back, they actually PICK UP THE PHONES without delay & I found them to be EXTREMELY HELPFUL well that was my experience & im sorry for other people who donā€™t share my opinion or experience, so to summeriseā€¦ terrible sofas but five stars for the customer service.

Be careful, Can't be trusted, no Responsibilities. I had a personal loss of Ā£580,00 due to taking 4 days off unpaid annual leave because of 4 delivery failures of Furniture and Choice company. They did not take any responsibility for the failed delivery and agreed to give me Ā£50,00 of goodwill. After weeks of stress because most of the items were delivered with damage and the table had no replacement, I had to return everything and they could not even honour the Ā£50,00 they promised in the first instance. I had a terrible experience with Furniture and Choice company and would never recommend it to anyone.

bought the rochester corner unit in material last year very pleased at start looks fine then after a while the cushions callapsed leaving my disabled partner on the floor asked if something could be done about the problem were told this was not a manufactering problem and the matter was closed surely a sofa should be fit for purpose customer service was discraceful r wright
