Omg weee so I start FURNITURE HUB UK DO NOTTTTTT BUYYYYYY ANYTHONG FROM THEM THEY ARE A CON! Orded beds from them they are both broke the gaslift doesn’t work the beds are the most discusting flimsy beds I have ever seen in my life the mattresses have been used and are so so poor quality I have mesaged them on Facebook and they have blocked me I also phoned the number up on +44 7871 828500 and they have blanked when they answerd me they told me to get in touch with the man on Facebook please don’t order from them iam now £600 out of money and left with 2 beds that’s are broke and won’t go up they really are a con artist on Facebook

An item of furniture should not fall apart after 6 months. Please see Google reviews for the pictures. Very disappointed. Not happy and very frustrated with the dishonesty and poor customer services. Ordered two ‘Ella’ chairs this year and within a year both ended up faulty orders in February 2022 and both frames were faulty. No refund was offered. Similar to the negative reviews on this website I also spoke with Mr. Chan Nishan from the sales team who confirmed on 25th October that two chairs would be exchanged only to find , two weeks later that Bart, a second member of the company has changed his mind and is sending back a faulty item instead of exchanging it as promised. The metal frame of the second chair was faulty and the first chair welding had come apart. Terrible customer services. Totally dishonest. Spoke to the manager today Daniel Osborne. No apology for the lies or poor service. Not recommended at all. I would never buy anything from this company again and will leave my feedback via Google and Instagram.

Will never purchase from this company again as they don't know what the meaning of service is. Ordered a recliner chair from them £400 odd. When delivered found it to be damaged. Sent them photos they agreed to replace it but not until they received it back at their warehouse. I asked what I was supposed to sit on as it could take 7 to 10 days to deliver the replacement. They were not at all interested in my situation and after various phone calls and email asked that they arrange collection and refund. Will be placing the matter in my credit card companies hands if they fail to process the refund in a respectable time. Be warned.

Horrendous company took my £141.19 couldn’t supply furniture then said they refunded my money and didn’t, now they won’t speak to me

only had it 9 months and seat has split and we always use throws to protect it. I emailed and phoned several times and no. reply . I work hard as axuillary nurse for nhs and i cant afford to spend like this. Apparantly the waranty doesnt cover it !!!

The sofa came damaged and they was goin to charge me to return this back to them to receive a refund , I could very rare get in touch with them by email and tool over a week for them to get back , the sofas come and look really cheaply made , bad experience with this company from start to finish iv had to cut my losses and gave the sofa away to a family member in need to put them on , please stay away from this online company

Awful people and awful scamming company. They are disgusting to deal with. No apology for sending the wrong order, no acceptance of the error. They think we are stupid. Pretending to only be a social media person running the facebook then magically turning up on webchat. They are rude and condescending and unhelpful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Pay a bit more money and go with a reputable company you can trust. Do not give these scammers your money. Had to go through PayPal for refund

Ordered a mirror worth £109 (so not cheap) Never heard from them on dispatch/delivery. Sent them multiple chases - no answer. Tried calling them multiple times - no answer. Now have started the refund process with Paypal. do NOT buy from them. not worth the hassle. They seem like scammer.

Our new, beautiful bed arrived this morning. A really lovely driver brought all the boxes in for us. The bed is so well made and was easily put together. First class.

!!!.AVOID AVOID AVOID.!!! Orderd a sofa from Furniture stop arrived damaged sent them the photos they asked for, after countless Emails. Phone calls lost count almost two weeks, of nothing i am now in the process of recovering the money i have payed. Furniture Stop are even going to charge me for the collection of the "DAMAGED" sofa that they sold me,what an absolute joke.! Not even got the courtesy to collect the sofa free of charge. Customer service is a disgrace if you can through that is. 'Do Not Shop' From this Scam of a company and dont be taken in by the Review on therr sight all fake.

very poor customer service, quality not as described and missing items that they are not willing to send or offer to refund! absolute joke, not a happy customer, guess what... they don't even care! fraud company stay away from it! disputing the sale with Paypal let us see where this gets us! I would not recommend buying from this fraud company to anyone. save the hassle and shop elsewhere for better quality and service.

I ordered a piece of furniture that they advertise as in stock, but it never arrived and they have been almost impossible to get hold of. I did manage to get one email reply, but again they lied on a delivery date. These folk are without doubt committing fraud and I will report them for it and start a court small claim. Do not even be slightly tempted to use them

Looking at the reviews I feel fortunate to only have lost £17. I ordered and paid for a bird bath which never came. You CANNOT get through to this company. The phone is constantly engaged and they don’t answer emails. I will be reporting them for fraud.

We purchased the Juliette range, side tables, chest and bed. The bed was an off white and did not match the drawers. We had this collected to be replaced and waited two weeks. The second came and it was a pearl white, again not matching, had to wait two weeks for replacement. The third replacement has drip marks, had to wait two more weeks. The fourth attempt, the bed did not even fit together. We ask for a full refund on everything bought as I was sleeping on a mattress on the floor by this time and 6 months pregnant just out of hospital which she new. To top it the good will gesture of compensation from the second time round, she tried to deduct from our refund and made out it was on the T's & C's! It was not on there and they eventually refunded it. Now suddenly we had our refund and she could get the items collected within two days! funny that! Top add to it one of the side drawers started to crack. Absolutely disgusted by the female CS managers attitude. I wouldn't have left this review if she had just refunded us all the money.

Thanks to your reviews, I have managed to stop payment to this company, and I too have reported them to the fraud department and trading standards. You should be ashamed of yourself scamming people out of their hard earned money. Remember karma!!!

Awful company, delivered item with 2 key parts missing, making half of the Cabana for the garden un-usable all down one side (50%). Have fobbed me along for over 2 months to wait for more parts, finally admitted no more parts are coming, i want a partial refund (for missing parts) as i had to pay someone to put together and i would need to pay someone to not only dismantle it, but i don't have original packaging over 2 months later and the postage would be exceptionally high. They are trying to not give me any money back and have admitted no parts are coming!

Shame you can’t mark as zero or Less as that is all this scam artist is worth! They are a huge scam they change their name every few months to try and get away from The bad online rep they run monthly competitions on their Facebook page saying you can win a lovely dressing table etc if you like and share their page and that is how they get there followers on Facebook but no one ever wins it cause it’s a scam. I spend £500 with her and recommend her to my friends and family who were also scammed what she does is advertises really nice products and then takes your money and then she goes and find a cheaper option that she gets sent to you which is nothing like what she has advertised! For example she charged me most items for £80 but the items I received were NOTHING like what I brought and once I found the items I received online they were around £15-20 so she makes a good profit on you. She is very clever thou because she knows the system it turns out that when you order something online even if you sent the wrong item your bank cannot refund you or class it as fraud because you was sent SOMETHING! Yes it’s stupid I know but that’s how it works now if she allowed you to pay my card or credit card then it would be different but she doesn’t allow you to pay this way! She sets up an order and send you a link to pay via bank transfer and this way the banks cannot help you. She is very very clever it’s a very organised crime. Her name is Kayleigh Murphy ( she has just announced on her page that the company is under new management called Emma but that is a big lie she did that because a customer found out her name and shared it on Facebook and so now people know who she is she has pretended to sell the customer and rename it but she does this every few months. I have been so polite to her throughout I didn’t even want a refund just the items that I ordered but she has just chose to ignore me and refuses to give me any type of partial refund it is disgusting. She complained on her site for getting abuse from People but what do you expect to receive when you are scamming people? Please be warned They are now called Furniture Universal

These guys have given me terrible and rude customer service blaming the issues on me. In short I ordered two bookcases from them, waited two weeks with no communication or dispatch of the order. I chased them and they replied with a response saying they had issues with the warehouse due to covid which was fair enough. I told them to process the order when the issue was cleared and I would be happy to wait. I get an email on the 2nd of may saying order complete which I assume is them processing the order and sending it to me. What they say that actually means is that they have cancelled my order and that they couldn't take payment because PayPal only allows them to take my money after a month. Allegedly they called me to tell me but I had no missed call or voice mail to tell me. they basically attempted once to get in contact with me about the issue and that's it. I wait another month since the email and start chasing. I called the 2 numbers on the website and neither work. I fill in the web chat form and no response. I send two emails a week apart, no response. Its only when I put up a trust pilot review of one star saying I'm being ignored that they get in contact. I then get a series of rude emails. I've also checked my PayPal account and they haven't taken any money or refunded me, at the beginning of the exchange they said they wouldn't take any money until the order was complete so my assumption was they hadn't taken any money yet as they still hadn't sorted it out. The only thing they have offered me in terms of a resolution was to charge me more for the products i was attempting to buy from them.
