“Fantastic service - I wanted to change the cloth seats to leather in my 1987 Mercedes SEC500. The existing interior is green, and green leather was never an option on this particular model. So I purchased a second hand set of black leather Mercedes SEC seats, sent them to Furniture Clinic with all the associated trim pieces, and they changed the colour to green and reconditioned the leather. The colour was matched to the exiting dash trims etc and looks amazing. Really please with the results.”

“Potentiel futur client français, je vous conseil de lire ce message. J'ai acheté début janvier 2020 des produits pour réparer mon canapé en cuir. J'ai payé 64.95 € TTC et 9.95 € de frais de port. J'ai bien reçu ma commande et les produits étaient conformes à me attentes. Par contre, 3 mois après je reçois une facture UPS de 33 € sans aucune explication ou justification, je comprends jute que ce sont des taxes supplémentaires appliquées sur mon colis. Je contacte alors Furniture Clinic qui trouve ça tout à fait normal. Pourtant à aucun moment dans le processus d'achat ces frais supplémentaires ont été abordés ou estimés. Par contre, il n'oublie pas de vous faire payer un montant TTC (Toutes taxes comprises) et bien sur des frais de port déja conséquent. Bref si vous n'habitez pas en Angleterre, n'achetez pas chez eux, vous aurez autant de frais de port que de produits et ce marchand en aura globalement rien à faire.”

“Furniture Clinic Contracted to replace Leather Seating and 1 arm with New Green Leather Hide on 2 Suites and were supposed to colour match remaining leather to the New Leather. After numerous delays and problems suites delivered. After several days seating peeling , they had actually sprayed colourant onto whole suites.Two failed repairs later there solution is to keep calling out and respray the Seating which as mentioned should have came from supplier ready finished and the rest of suites colour matched to it. I've owned several suites and no leather has ever peeled mabye scratched or scuffed in time but never peeled.”

“After accidently spill an acidic sunstance on my brown leather sofa, i contacted a couple of upholstery companies who told me this could not be repaired. I saw the furniture clinic complete repair kit online and ordered it. It was simple to use with an excellent result . i was delighted with the product and the service”

“My teak companion seat had deteriorated so badly in the garden that I feared it was beyond redemption. I came across Furniture Clinic on Amazon and thought I would give it a try. First I pressure-hosed the seat to remove much of the lichen and other debris clinging to the wood. I bought the full kit, which came with a high grade scrubbing brush, latex gloves and lint-free cloths, everything I needed. I followed the instructions and found the process far easier than I expected. The final result was astonishing. I cannot recommend Furniture Clinic highly enough.”

“I have had a nasty stain on my light brown leather sofa, i would recommend this company as they were very reliable, quick and very experienced. I can not praise the technicians enough. They are a well run company from 1st point when you are conta twd by the ladies in the office to Craig coming to quote then the technicians booked in to complete the job. Out standing company 5 stars. Thanks again for the great repair. Mrs Lightowler.”

“I bought the colour kit to restore and dye 8 dining chairs. Quite an undertaking as I had never done anything like that before, but I am so delighted with the results. The chairs look like new, feeling very pleased with myself. I did have trouble with the airbrush but Anita was very helpful and sent me another one FOC.”

“Thanks guys, would like to say, twice I've used your products and really pleased with them and the results. Firstly with the light tan leather restorer I used in my tired 3 piece, looks better than new. The other day i used the leather repair kit on my BMW, had a tear in the drivers seat, this product did the job perfect and the light grey colour restorer matched perfect, in fact you cannot see the repair. Many thanks Jon”

“Our custom made navy blue 4 seat sofas had faded badly with hairline fissures due to sunlight exposure over 8 years ( we live in Perth Western Australia with 9 months sunshine per year and very hot summers) Under pressure to replace them at a cost of at least AUD10,000 I luckily found the Furniture Clinic Website online and with the help of Duncan obtained a perfect colour match restoration kit. Duncan promptly came to the fore after a slight hiccup in delivery expediting it by sending another pack at no cost by express delivery. Not only are the sofas better than new- this has been my best customer experience for years- their products and service are par excellence!”

“I came across their website by mistake and I am glad I did. Steve has been so helpful. I emailed him a picture so he could see what was the issue. He called me back explaining what product I should get. I sent him few sample of the leather so they could match the colour. Order the pack on Monday and received everything on Friday. I read the instruction but to make sure I understood what we needed to do I called Steve who when through each process with me so it would be clear in my own mind. We carried out the process on Saturday and as you can see by the before and after picture the result is amazing. I would definitely recommend Furniture Clinic!”

“Noticed problem with one of the cushions 4 to 5 days after technician called.Contacted him and said he would come back within 7 to 10 days but hasn't.Not really worth the money considering the time and materials used.”

“I ordered a simple product and unfortunately the item delivered was not the one ordered. You might think as I did that these things happen and this would be easily rectified – not so with Furniture Clinic. I have sent three emails over the past 9 days but for some reason they have decided not to respond and correct their error. I have checked my spam box for missed mails and my last email advised that I would not chase them any longer to correct their error over such a low value item, but would instead warn others about ordering from them – they are yet to respond. In summary – Shop somewhere else & do not order from this company. They do not communicate and their customer service is non-existent.”

“My much loved purple leather recliner, bought in 1995, has had 24 years of constant wear. The arms and the seat were very badly cracked and discoloured. I found several useful videos on the Furniture Clinic Website which inspired me to buy their Complete Leather Repair Kit. The process was easy to follow using the videos and advice from the staff on the phone and via email, and I was able to completely restore my chair. I am absolutely delighted with the result. I cannot praise the staff at Furniture Clinic enough. They were very helpful both on the phone and with emails, and I have no hesitation in recommending their products and their service.”
