“Returns policy is a discrase just been on phone for 30 mins the transfered to wrong department all i wanted to to was have my collection confirmed, it hadnt even been raised, which i done on my account online 30 mins x 1.50 a minuite went to call back average wait time17 mins please listen back to the recordering from todays conversation and raise a return order no 11361248, you might want to employ people who listen and sort he issue”

“Really pleased with this electric fire that I purchased. It was with me within less than 24 hours of purchase. Packaged really carefully. The fire makes a real room statement. Room heats quickly on a low setting. The added extra is that it has a remote control. Or, I can use the controls on the fire itself. I love the different flame effects. I highly recommend this item.”

“If I could leave a worse review than 1 star, I would! The quality isn't great at all, the cushioning is dreadful, I paid over £700 for a dining table ordered on 2nd November only for it to get canceled 14 days later And had to re order again which was £20 more expensive and they refunded me £20 less so im out of pocket £40 stay away!!! Awful service and very poor communication. Dreadful from start to finish!!!”

“Really gorgeous mirrored radiator cover! Looked better in the flesh than on the website. It has transformed our hallway, which now looks so glamorous and stylish! Delivery was extremely quick, ordered on Thursday, arrived on Monday! The only slight downside was it was delivered to us at 6.45am, preceded by a phone call at 6.30am from the delivery guys to let us know they were on their way. No big deal to be fair, at least we weren’t waiting in all day for it to arrive and we could get it set in place straight away! Very pleased with our purchase, thank you.”
