“Was disappointed to find a chip small chip on one of my small tables after I had erected it ( which I did on a rug so not damaged by me) otherwise pleased with my purchase and I would have given a higher rating well packaged so could only think prior to packaging”

“This is the second time I have dealt with Furn On: firstly in 2014 when we were furnishing our new flat with a Clarus bookcase and four dvd/cd holders, and now when we are moving again and wanted a further bookcase. The design is fantastic and the service excellent.”

“We purchased what looked like a lovely chest of drawers but there quality of them is not great. The top surface appeared scratched and one of the runners on the drawers arrived slightly bent so we one of the drawers does not open and close properly. I will not be purchasing again off this site.”

“Good telephone contact re delivery. I love the table but because it is black the chips on two of the corners of the uprights showed up. Not huge and we didn’t feel worth sending back, covered with some black paint. No damage to packaging so feel it had to have been done in the packing. Not really good enough.”
