Recently I contacted the after care support team for some spare parts. The experience was nothing less than perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Furl in terms of product, quality and aftercare service! It really makes a difference knowing that their customers are valued even after the ‘sale’.

Very knowledgeable staff, delivery people were neat and friendly. They are enthusiastic about the product and genuinely tried to explain all aspects of our new 3 seated sofa bed mechanism.

From the outset they were friendly and professional. In the store, Osama talked through what I needed, showing me different designs, fabrics etc. As a crafter, I needed a lot of storage as I have built up quite a 'stash' over the years. Delivery went well, the van arrived early in fact. The two men showed me clearly everything I needed to know, and were quick and efficient in construction.

Friendly and professional delivery team, great communication and customer service throughout. Even brought forward the expected delivery date as we were potentially without a sofa for a month. Sofa is extremely comfortable and both Lubo and Daniel did a great job of explaining how it all worked, with extra tips and advice. Very impressed, thank you.

Great sofa bed. Modern, quality, stylish. Fantastic mattress. Yeah it is expensive but in terms of cost versus quality. Beats our previous sofa bed hands down. And a much smaller footprint for a much bigger bed. You get what you pay for.

Ordered Metro Double size folding bed.Shop assistance was very good and helpful.Bed arrived and assembled as specified. Delivery and assembly of sofa bed was quick and the delivery guys were very pleasant.Would definitely recommend Furl .

Really great service! Friendly and very efficient team, was done very professionally and even moved the bed when made when it needed to be repositioned. Would definitely recommend… this is now our 2nd Furl storage bed and they are great, both the product and customer care!

Great service from Zeynep at the Barbican showroom where we can try the different kinds of mattresses. And knowing that we like to have different colours in our sofa bed, Zeynep offered the customisation possibility if we choose from the same type of fabrics which you wouldn’t know if you order from the website. Delivery timeframe was shorter than expected and the delivery crew was fantastic!

Absolutely love all three beds we ordered. Exceptionally well made, great storage design and look. The service throughout from Furl team was superb. The fitting team were first class, on time, clean tidy and very careful. All in all just great. Would highly recommend.

Two delivery guys I had were brilliant! Very polite, quickly assembled the sofabed and gave me a run through on how to open and close it.

Top-class services throughout the whole process, from selecting my sofa bed to delivery. I am totally satisfied with what I paid (not only the high quality of sofa bed, plus the services I received). I need to say a special thanks to MJ who helped me a lot in recommending and selecting the material/ type/ colour of my sofa bed. It is totally worth it to visit the showroom in person and to try things out thoroughly. Also another special thanks to Mark and Fabio who delivered and assembled the sofa. Not only they called and kept me posted of the delivery time, but also they were also very friendly and helpful in explaining how to operate the sofa bed and provided some tips too. Thank you guys, I will recommend FURL to my friends without doubt.

The shop manager refused to give a trade discount to our designer because we’d been to the shop first: he wasn’t very courteous. We have Evan used delivery for the afternoon, but we’re sent a text by the delivery company that they would deliver in the morning instead, so we had to send so many emails and messages (none of which were replied to), as nobody answered the phones in the delivery department. When we hot through to the shop staff, they told us to do all the things we’d already done and told us to respond to the text, which forms work, as it’s a no reply number (you’d think they’d be aware of it). When we called him back, he was very patronising as he told us the delivery was indeed moved back to the afternoon (actually the bed arrive at 12pm) & that he’s told us so earlier (which wasn’t true, as he’d told us to write an email). The bed arrived with brown legs, even though we’d ordered black ones: apparently they’d run out of black ones, so they just decided to go for brown and didn’t tell us at all. The delivery guys on the other hand were great and professional.
